"I have recently been made aware of an unhappy encounter you had with our company some years ago. Unfortunately, someone has surely stirred you in the wrong direction. Jerry as you stated in the complaint is NOT the Owner of Restoration Today, and shame on him for portraying that part. Restoration Today has always had only one owner and that person is James "Jay" McGarry. I know that offering our services to you after all this time would be inappropriate, unless there is still a need for some improvements to your church or home. However, I would like to clear this matter up. I deeply apologize for any unhappiness or stress this may have caused you, the sad truth is, is that I can not unring that bell. I would live to extend an Olive Branch though and apologize for Jerry's (who has not worked for this company for a great number of years might I add) actions and hope that we may develop a new and better relationship from this point on.
