Oil change went well I was Charles for windshield washer fluid which was not performed. Also tires were not checked. It appeared they were not up to par. Perhaps because Dan no longer is manager. I called to let them know not all services were performed. The person on the phone offered no apology or even an offer to correct the mishap.

I have used them for all my cars, well over 10 years.  I highly recommend them.  I will only use them, that is how good they are.  They are wonderful people, superb technicians and they are just, they make it very convenient whether you work downtown or don't.  If you work downtown they are particularly wonderful so many things they can do for the people who work downtown in terms of shuttling them and moving them around.  I don't work downtown, but they are still very, very accomdiating, very honest, easy to get along with.  They do good work for complicated vehicles at times.  Again, couldn't say enough good things about them.

I will never take my BMW M3 anywhere else. I was impressed from
my first call until after I paid. Let me explain.
 
I have a car that has sentimental value as it belonged to my
deceased brother. My other brother and I do almost all the work on it, but
recently wanted to get some help on a supercharger we had reinstalled after a
refurbishment on hoses and clamps. I called and spoke with Dan. I am also a
business owner myself and know good customer service when I see it. Dan did not
try and sell my anything. He was all knowledge. He sold me on the fact that he
truly wanted to help me get the car function at its top performance. He went
above and beyond my expectation and I never felt uneasy or worried that he may
do more damage to my car as I am with some people.  From the moment I drove up to drop off My M3
until I picked it up the communication was excellent. Dan is one of the few
people I have encountered that truly knows what it means to take care of a
customer.  Even after I had paid, he took
an extra ten minutes to tell me about some of the stuff he did so I understood.
 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY
NEEDING WORK DONE ON ANY VEHICLE.

They were phenomenal. They even oiled the door hinges because they squeaked. I never asked them to do this-- but the attention to detail and level of care they had for my car will make me return it again and again

It went well. I was at the shop at 8:30, a worker rode with me to my job (I work downtown) and took the car back to the shop. They called when the oil change was done and said I needed a brake fluid flush which I told them to go ahead and do. They were done about an hour later and called me to pick it up. Price was probably cheaper than the dealership and they seemed to know their stuff. I'd definitely go back again.

Extremely professional and friendly service.  Provided service as promised.  Performed oil change service and suggested service maintenance.  They are very knowledgable of BMW automobiles and drive them personally.  Would highly recommend them.  Only hinderance is that I work on the north side and their only location is downtown.

everything went as planned. the price quoted was very reasonable when compared to others received. they completed all work on schedule and it looks great.

Price quoted was cheaper than the dealership, they were able to get me in quickly and had all the work completed on schedule with no surprises.

I have used this company for over 3 years.  They are very professional and responsive to your needs.  They always let you know what maintenance will be needed in the future.  If you are running low on funds, I always get a straight answer as to what must be done immediately and what I can wait on.  Their staff is factory trained but are much more reasonable than the dealerships.  Fixing a BMW is always expensive, but they make it a little easier on the wallet.

The guys were upfront and very honest about the services to be performed. They know BMW's and what they need.

They specialize in at least BMW's which is what I have taken there the last 3 years.  I do not have a great comparison for price.  They are very good. 

His price is not cheap, but he is fair. I would use him again in the future.

Overall work was completed on time. Provided a lift to my office downtown. Described all the work that needed to be done, but were able to have a pragmatic discussion on what really needed to be done vs. what could be done later. This was on both occasions and overall helped me keep the costs down.  Car has been running fine since.  Would use again.

My previous mechanic said I needed to rebuild the head on my BMW 540i. Rees replaced the above items and the car runs like a champ. No problems. Rees explained in detail what needed to be done and they did as they said and on time AND for the price they quoted. No upcharges! I

I was very satisfied with their service and would use them again.

Very professional service, convenient location, and easy to schedule. Ress found a couple recommended fluid changes that appeared not to have been performed recently (previously serviced by dealer) and recommended these. Also noted some wear on parts -- but commented that these were not necessary to perform now, and could be done at a later date. Also found broken spring which could also be ordered and fixed at a later date. Overall, very pleased with service and price considering alternate dealer costs.

I have been using their services for about three years. I like their honesty and integrity. Compared to taking it to a dealer, the price is better. They always keep me informed and they do things in a timely manner.
