WE WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WAS SOMETHING OUR DAUGHTER COULD USE AT SCHOOL. IT WAS $40 TO LOOK AT IT. THEY DETERMINED SEVERAL OPTIONS BUT EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD NOT BE WORTH IT. I APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY.

AARON WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY, BACKING UP ALL MY INFORMATION THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO ME. THE EXPERIENCE WAS MUCH NICER THAN DROPPING MY COMPUTER OFF AND NEVER FINDING OUT WHAT I HAD DONE TO MAKE THE PROBLEM HAPPEN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
