REMODELING PLUS

We met with Dave twice, first for the estimate and then to discuss the job after we chose him. He did not take good notes and I was out of town while the work was done. He did things we did not ask him to do and forgot to do things we asked. However, the biggest problem is we now have a scratch and dent tub that is new. He did not properly protect the tub when he was working. He is supposed to be looking for a product to buff out the scratches so we will see. He had my number and should have called if he had questions about the job. We were very disapointed in Dave as he did work for us in the past and we were very pleased with his skill. He did some carpentery work and I think this job was to much for him.

He has reasonable prices and the quality of his work is good.

He is very proficient with an artistic touch and is an excellent craftsman and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Davie Benson arrived at 9 am as promised. He supplied the materials. He was very personable and worked continuously. He was conscientious about details, measuring, leveling, alignment, and filling in holes and sanding. I appreciated his thoroughness. I plan to have him do some other work for me as well. The Bannister is very sturdy and looks very nice.

DAVE IS A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED BY HIM. HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND AN ARTISAN. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

EXTREMELY PLEASED. ALL WORK IS DONE NEATLY, AND PROPERLY. DISCOVERED SEVERAL UNKNOWN ISSUES THAT HE WAS ABLE TO NOTIFY US ABOUT. ALLOWED US TO TAKE CARE OF ISSUES. VERY RESPECTFUL OF OUR BUSY SCHEDULES. TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS WORK, AND FOR MAKING SURE THE RESULTS ARE THE BEST POSSIBLE. TAKES INITIATIVE. ONCE CLEANED AND REPAIRED A CEILING FAN THAT HADN'T WORKED IN SOME TIME, WITHOUT OUR EVEN HAVING TO ASK. COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE MORE IMPRESSED.

EXCELLENT WORK. TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED - DOES MOST OF THE WORK BY HIMSELF. ROOM LOOKS GREAT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS. I DID NOT USE HIM FOR DESIGN PURPOSES, I PRETTY MUCH ALREADY HAD AN IDEA OF HOW I WANTED THE ROOM DONE, SO CANNOT COMMENT ON THIS. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

WAS A LITTLE SLOW IN RETURNING CALL. IS AN EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN. POLITE AND TALKATIVE. ONLY CLEANED UP PART OF THE MESS THOUGH.
