First of all, a successful sale at a price that was what we wanted. The service, support and dedication provided by Reid Properties was excellent right through the sale process. We had numerous viewings, regular updates and a very good online presentation of the house.
The guidance offered by Reid Properties once the sale was underway was also first rate, with great contacts and knowledge of quality contractors to address the issues that came up in our inspection.

Reid Property Management managed my Indianapolis real estate holdings flawlessly. From tenant screening to last minute water leaks, Reid Properties took care it fast and for less then imagined. They handled all the details, but were more then happy to provide me with any information I requested on the properties or renters. I intend to continue to hire Reid Properties to manage all of my properties around the Indianapolis area for the foreseeable future.

Reid Property Managers are amazing. They exceeded my expectations. I travel for

with willingness to still show my home.
Reid took care of all of the details for getting my home ready for the tenant to move

"This review should not even be on here, but as it is, it is necessary to respond in the most diplomatic way possible, so that all our happy customers and future clients understand the situation. There are certain standards we adhere to and it is very important that the best interests of both Landlords and Tenants are upheld. Landlords who want to be in the business must meet those standards for their tenants. Having properties condemned by the Board of Health is not appropriate. So after a great deal of lost time and effort and risk of reputation, we found it necessary to terminate the agreement in this case. The situation is definitely an 'F' rating, but not for our company. We are not the first management company the customer has fallen out with and leaving us bad reviews won't correct their own faults. Thank you to all our other happy customers for your business and great relationships."

Great property management company which I highly recommend. We have never have problems with them, and I find they are always on the ball knowing what needs to be done and how to do it which is a huge important asset to me. Keith and Lora are very professional, they assisted me all along the way to get my investment property rented.

Myriam from Reid Properties is awesome to work with. She is quick to reply to any needs the tenant or I have regarding the home. She schedules work to be done,gets competitive quotes ,and follows up on the job. We get money from the tenant every month on time from which Reid properties gets a percentage.
