Job went exactly as planned and all work was completed on time (within a week of initial visit to discuss project). Any changes to the original specification (and resulting price variations) were discussed with us at length and agreed before going ahead. Kent also made some good (and inexpensive) suggestions to improve the deck further.

The project went great. Kent moved out all of my appliances, took down my trim boards and then laid the tile and new boards. The job turned out perfect, was completed on a timely basis, with very little mess and disruption to our lives. The deck job also turned out well. As a single woman, having someone to take care of a lot of small repairs that needed done was a huge help. I would come up with something new every day and Kent would get the right supplies and get it done.
