Draperies looked better than when first installed!

Very well. Draperies were cleaned and rehung as per agreement. Very satisfied.

They did an excellent job. One of my cord guides was broken and the gentleman had an extra one in his truck. He did not charge me for the item and installed it for free. I had a few more pairs of drapery panels that I had had dry cleaned at my regular dry cleaner a few months before I used Reed. Unfortunately those panels shrank slightly, and I could kick myself for not using Reed for those. The gentleman from Reed said they might be able to stretch them out, but for now it is not a priority for me.

Their first response was very quick. They quoted a price for their services over the phone for $450 and told us they'd be ready in one week. When they arrived to pick up the drapes, we added 2 more valances to our order so knew the cost would be increased but not doubled!! They were prompt with their return call for the installation but that's where things went sour! The installer was 45 minutes late for our appointment so I called to make sure we were still set for the installation!! While on the phone, I inquired if they took credit card or a check. They said check and I proceeded to ask the amount. At that time, he said the total came to $850!! I was totally surprised and questioned him about the difference from what he originally quoted! I told him if that was the case, they should have called to report the difference before starting the cleaning process! He pulled out the bill and first said the amount was correct than looked at it again and said he saw a descrepency! He said he wanted to look it over and would call me back which he did as the installer was walking in the door! He said he had over charged and it was good that I questioned him since their price was incorrect and he would never have noticed it! I am happy with the work they did but if I ever used them again, I would ask for a written quote! I would recommend the same to others!! When we originally talked on the phone, I felt like they were a truth worthy company but after the price difference issue I ended up feeling disappointed and dubious!

Arrived on time, proper appearance, professional manner.  Returned cleaned drapes and sheers on date promised and hung them expertly.  Price was best of all sources we queried.

It was good. It was ready when they said but when I picked them up, they gave me one of the wrong sets. They set up a driver to come out to meet me to exchange the set. So that was resolved quickly.

They came to the house and removed all the draperies and sheers. About a week later they called and returned and rehung all the drapes. Service was great and they had called to say they could not remove all water staining. I didn't think they would be able to but I appreciated the call. Cannot beat the convenience.

It went exceptional , I was very very pleased and they looked better than they did when they were new. Scott is the one that I dealt with and the pressed them and they looked much nicer. He took them down cleaned them and reinstalled them he put up new brackets to hang them on. He was very pleasant and he came at the time that he said, and I would definetlley use him again. I would reccomend him to anyone.

Scott did a great job.  He was on time on both the pick up and delivery of my cleaned curtains.  Everything turned out just great.   Took one week from time of pick up to delivery.   I was very happy with the results.  He even repaired one of my rods in my living room.  I would definately use him again.  You are in good hands with Scott's drapery services.

We wanted to have living room and dining room drapes cleaned before Christmas. Called Reed drapery and arranged for them to take down and pickup the drapes for cleaning. They said it would be about a week and they called and said ready and scheduled a time to return and reinstall. We were very pleased with the cleaning. Looked good as new. Polite and knowlegeable people. We have used them for drapery cleaning many times over the past 20 years. We have always been satisfied with their wok, their price and their service. Would have no reservations in recommending them for drapery cleaning.

I called Reed Draperies to have my living room and dining room draperies taken down and cleaned.  (I called them based on their Angie's List reviews.)  The gentleman I talked with offered to come the next day to take the draperies down, but I asked that he come a couple of days later for my convenience, which he did.  He took the draperies down and returned them promptly one week later and rehung them.  The drapes all look great, and very clean.  There was absolutely no hassle.

We had a mixed experience.  The last time we had our draperies cleaned we took them down and put them back ourselves, and it was a nightmare.  So we were glad to find a company that would do that for us.  We were very pleased with the quality of the work and our draperies look great.  On the downside, Reed won't give you a specific arrival time.  So you're stuck at the house all day with no idea of when they're showing up.  The day they were supposed to re-install the drapes, we had an unexpected conflict and had to leave the house.  Their office was closed that day and there was absolutely no way to contact them.  When I called their office on the next business day to reschedule, I suggested they might provide contact numbers or narrow ther scheduled arrival time down to morning or afternoon--and the conversation was a very frustrating experience.  They perform a great service and do a good job--but they make it very hard to do business with them.  I may use this company again, but I haven't completedly decided yet.

Our experience was very good.  I took my drapes in and they did a great job cleaning them.  They were professional and friendly.

Scott Underwood did a wonderful job for us. He cleaned and pressed three sets of oversized, lined silk draperies for us. They are quite tall, maybe 7 feet. They weren't quite right when they returned the first time. His original estimate had not included separating the linings and drapes, so they dired at different rates and re-hung crooked. Scott saw this and immediately knew what the problem was. He took them down, back to his shop, re-did them completely and brought them back. Perfect this time. Normally doing the linings separately would have been an additional charge. But, he didn't charge us because of his mistake of not spotting it on his original estimate. Very professional. Each cleaning took about a week. Pretty quick.

Very well, they do a good job. He also takes them down and rehangs them for me. Usually I call him on the day they say they'll deliver and they can tell me the approximate time he'll be here.

Delivery and hanging (extra charge for this of about $30) of the draperies were scheduled for between 1:30-3:30. They did not show up until 5:30, but did call 2x to indicate they would be late. My draperies came back over an inch shorter, thus now looking inappropriate hanging. Called the store while driver was still here and talked with Dottie and she explained the cleaning and blocking process to me and indicated shrinkage can occur. This was not indcated at the time of drop off. At the time of dropoff we discussed the the lining and how to fix that, and it was indicated that there may be some streching of the fabric, but nothing about shrinking. The delivery guy, Scott Underwood who delivered and hung the draperies took offense at our mentioning the condition, was argumentive and after haninging the draperies and valences, left in a huff. He then called me a few minutes later and accused me of lying about the original length of the draperies and of just not wanting to pay for the service! I was so stunned by his accusation, I told him the conversation was over and hung up. How VERY unprofessional. We then called Dottie back at the store to inform her of all of this, she was apologetic. They did not charge us for the original amount $179.76, which included cleaning, fixing the lining, and delivery/hanging.

Called to have 3 sets of draperies cleaned. They had significant dog hair and there were two spots that had been soiled from dogs looking out the window. Pick up was scheduled for the next day. They showed up in afternoon and quickly removed the draperies. Stating that the cleaning process would take a week. After a week I received a call stating that they needed an extra day because the dog hair was harder to remove than first thought. The next day the drapes were delivered and hung. Draperies looked brand new with no dog hair and no soiled spots. Needless to say I was very impressed with the workmanship. The price paid was consistent with the estimate and very reasonable. If I had known how inexpensive it was to have them cleaned, I would have done so long ago.

The person I spoke with was very helpful, I was not sure if cleaning would help and she had a lot of useful information. The drapes turned out very nice. The price includes them taking them down and re-hanging them.

I have been using them for years and years. They are very professional and do a beautiful job. I get my drapes cleaned once a year. They come out and get the drapes, it takes them one week to clean them and then they bring them back.

He was very professional. Claimed that he would wash them and if they fell apart, there would be no charge. He took them down, washed them, and rehung them. It was a very good experience.
