Everything is going very well, and it's been a pleasure working with the owner, Salvador.  They are extremely responsive and prompt, they complete work on short notice, and the staff is very professional.

Salvador Alvarado is the owner. He is very reasonable and he is very thorough. He is very honest and very prompt.

The balustrade that lined the front porch was crumbling due to age and the elements.  The previous home owner had poured his own concrete to make the railing and supports and also constructed the brick columns on either side.  It looked nice before the age started showing, which is when we decided to have it replaced.  Salvador spent time with us sketching what the replacement could look like, with five stone and brick columns, and wrought iron between the columns, with built-in window boxes.  Salvador had also installed a decorative hand-made wrought iron gate across our driveway a few years prior and suggested we carry the same theme through on the front of the house.  He has an artist's eye and the end results was amazing.  He also installed 5 new lights (one for each column) and two other house lanterns (one in front, one in back).  The results were outstanding.

The workers showed up every day, on time, and ready to work.  They are extremely hard working despite the heat and rarely even took a break.  They would often work from sun-up to sun-down and ended up finishing about 2 weeks ahead of schedule.  This was the second large project we had Redwood Landscape complete for us and we were extremely impressed with the results.  I have recommended Salvador to many of my neighbors and friends and everyone has wonderful things to say during the work and after the jobs are completed.  I received a quote for the same project from another landscape company and it came in at $55,000.  We could not be happier with the outdoor living space once it was completed.

Salvador Alvarado is the landscaper.  He's on Angie's List.  I have continuing lawn maintenance but he’s done other things for me too.  I trust him and he's really a nice man.  He's done painting for me; he's painted the outside of my house and also done painting inside.  He does minor repairs around the house.  He built a rod iron gate across my driveway and laid the patio.  He plants trees and cuts down trees.  He's just a full spectrum.  He does spring and fall yard clean up.  He shovels the snow in the winter time.  He's my go to guy.  I really like him.  I trust him enough that if he's working on something and I have to go some place, I just leave him in the house by himself and he’s fine.  He's really smart too and is really good about fixing things.  He also did some gutter repair.  The gutter wasn't draining properly so he found what the problem was cleaned out the down spout and redid the run off line.  He then put in some kind of a clean out valve so that he could keep checking incase the trees were clogging up.  He really is good.

I used them for several seasons. The only reason I stopped using them was to save money. Mr. Alvarado is very professional and he and his crew are hard-working. They were very reliable, and I was really impressed with how well they took care of the details like trimming around my very large fence. I would recommend them to anyone.

Their prices are extremely reasonable. He does a good job and works in a timely fashion. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future!

Mr. Alvarado is in his third year of mowing my lawn. His price was much lower then three other estimates that I had done when I first hired him. He mows my yard, which is a full acre, for $50. This includes the fact that I have a fence that the large equipment can't fit behind, so that portion is done with a push mower. They are very, very thorough with the trimming around edges (they do a great job around the fence, flower beds, etc) which I love. They are reliable and I've never had a problem.

Salvador has done several landscaping and lawn services for me in the past and has always done a great job. He always quotes exactly what you are going to have to pay. He always does what he says he is going to. He will do any extra services if you request any. If he does a job and it takes longer than what he estimates, he still keeps the price the same.

He was great. He was on-time to give us an estimate and showed up a day earlier than we expected to do the work. He was very nice and through. They were efficient in their work, used quality materials and left everything neat and tidy.

Alvarado Landscaping mowed my lawn this season. I have a one-acre lot AND a fence that the large machines don't fit through, yet the price was only $45 per cut. I got quotes from a couple other companies on Angie's List and they were all at least $60. They did a great job, always came on the appointed day, were very thorough. I was always impressed with how well they trimmed. The entire baseline of my fence, flower beds, etc stayed perfectly trimmed all summer.

I have a large yard and they cut my yard as professional as I have ever seen before. Excellent pricing.
