They matched our first floor wood flooring almost exactly. The order was received on time. They were able to do both jobs (carpet removal and floor installation) as scheduled. The quality and service were excellent. Their subcontractor was Certified Installations. The installers--Bryan and Tracey Schroeder--were very careful to protect our home and exact in their installation. We were very pleased with the results.

This is the second time we have used Reardon and they will always have our flooring business. Quality and professionalism are tops!

We were very pleased with the selection and the prices at the store.  The staff at the store was great, too.  The installers were a little sketchy however.  One guy just kept lying in the middle of the floor while all the other guys worked around him.  It was very odd.  They overall did a good job with the installation.  We had one minor issue with a seam and they were prompt to come fix it.  Would use them again.

Mr. Reardon was very helpful and gave good recommendations but did not try to steer me too strongly in any given direction.  I was able to take samples home.  Only the Alterna squares had to be returned (although, I did return all the samples).  They sent out a fellow to do an estimate very promptly and at my convenience and Mr. Reardon came out himself to adjust the estimate when I indicated a "change of plan."   A husband-and-wife team did the repair and installation.  They did a great job and were most pleasant and accommodating in working out a time for the completion of the installation.  (It took about a day and a half.)   It was a positive experience!

One trip to the showroom was all it took. They even procured a style of carpet for which they didn’t have a sample. The
installation was on time and involved. The Berber had a stagger stitch and this made the seam difficult. It looks good, not perfect, but good. But the best part is their price. The whole job was about the same price as a highly rated company quoted for the
carpet only and I got a spill guard pad, installation and some special work around the tile at the front door. I am very pleased.

Reardon's offers quality products and quality services. Their prices are a bit high for installing and purchase of flooring, however.

I would not use anyone else. They are great to work with and the price cannot be beat! I have used Jim for 24 years.

First was the new carpet in the great room. The guys removed our old carpet and installed the new carpet in a couple of hours. Carpet looks and feels wonderful. They did a great job!!! Hardwood was delivered on time and installers began to remove old linoleum only to discover ceramic tile underneath. This turned out to be quite a job for the installers, but they worked very hard and made sure it was removed completely and evenly for a proper hardwood installation. They were very fair with the fees associated with this unexpected tile. They did an outstanding job! They were a hardworking, kind, trustworthy crew. We love our floors and will definitely be contacting Reardons in the future. Thanks again!

We selected carpet with their assitance. We used the installation people they recommended and they were very professional and did an excellent job.

We have used Reardons in the past both for carpet and hardwood floors. I have always been extremely satisfied with both their service and price. When the installers were doing our basement they went above and beyond at putting down several feet of speaker wire that saved me a lot of work, now all the wires are nicley hidden. If I could I'd give them an A+.

Everything went fine. They worked hard, moved furniture and put it back. There were 3 men working most of the time. They did have to wait a few days to do the hard wood flooring because it hadn't come in yet. They were not messy at all when removing the flooring. I had no problems.

Prompt in responding to estimate the job. Ordered carpet and carpet was installed within 2 weeks.

This place is an absolute joke. Do not buy from them. First, I call and speak with Jim and tell him that I would like to place some carpet on order. I told him that I liked the color of the Shaw - Del Rio, color code 700 (driftwood). The problem was, is that I wanted the Shaw - Thrive. I stated that I wanted the color that was closest in comparison. He stated that this was not an issue and he would get it on order and have it to me in less than a week. Upon being notified of the arrival of the carpet, I was informed that they had ordered the Shaw - Thrive, color code 700. I then looked up the color code to find that they carpet that they had ordered was the wrong color. I went up to Reardon's to verify the error and in fact, the wrong carpet was order. Jim stated that he had ordered exactly what I told him to order. I suggested that this was apparently a misunderstanding. I then told them I would like to order the correct carpet. Harboring no harsh feelings, I reordered the carpet, even buying more expensive carpet at that. I paid about 90% of my deposit down and was told that the carpet would be delivered in a week. I then made arrangements with the installer to pickup the carpet and install it when it arrived. After waiting a week, my installer called regarding whether or not the carpet had arrived. Jeff then told my installer that they had quoted me two weeks for delivery and that I had lied to him. Upon hearing this, I call them and asked them why my carpet was not in and they stated the same thing, that I was incorrect. I then waited yet another week to receive my carpet. When it finally came in, I was told a different price than what I was quoted on my receipt. They stated that it was a mistake by the salesman (Jeff) and that the computer was correct. So, basically I was over-billed. My installer, who had originally recommended Reardon's attempted to clarify the situation with Jim. Jim told my installer that I was attempting to pull one over on him and that he would not allow it. In total, they are a very disorganized company that doesn't value the customer. I will not be going back. I would rather pay more to someone else than deal with Reardon's again.

Jim allowed us to take home several sample books (others would not). We ordered the carpet, and it took about 3 weeks to get it delivered. The installers did a good job, were very efficient and professional (J.R. Rogers). They did the loft first, and came back to do the bonus room the next week, after we had time to move the furniture from one area to the other.

I have been extremely happy with the service provided by Reardon Carpet. They have provided an endless supply of samples to take home at no charge, and measured the room, all done without a written commitment or down payment. They have my business!

I was required to pay $1425.35 for the materials up front. The contractor was required to remove the original floor system but found the builder installed two identical floor systems which reduced the labor. The installers said they had never previously encountered this situation. The underfloor looked brand new. The installer did a first class job and reduced my bill about $70.

HE IS VERY REASONABLE, VERY HONEST AND VERY FAIR. HE IS VERY SERVICE ORIENTED.

I enjoyed the conversation with the owner (Jim), who is also a Vietnam veteran. We actually served in Vietnam during the same period. If you are a veteran, be sure to ask for the discount that he provides to all veterans. They were very easy to work with and have a large selection in both carpet and flooring. The installers were great. It was a father and son who both worked very hard and did a tremendous job. They moved furniture which, considering we did the whole upper level, involved a lot of moving, including a big screen TV, bedroom furniture, living room furniture, large computer desk, etc. They also went above and beyond by replacing old baseboards and replaced all the quarter-round. If you're looking for flooring, be sure to at least give them an opportunity. We stopped in a well known flooring store that's not far from Reardon's and showed our estimate. They honestly told us there was no way they could compete with the estimate from Reardon's.

The choice of material was good, quality superb, and labor excellent. The installers, JR and JR were excellent to work with and treated our home with great care.

GAVE US THE BEST DEAL THAT WE COULD FIND BY FAR. JIM IS GREAT AND FOUND CARPET THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND ANYWHERE ELSE FOR LESS. THAT WE HAVE USED HIM FOR OVER 6 YEARS AND HE DOES A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. HE HAS SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY.
