They arrived the next day (Tue), on time. The job is neat and professional.I have absolutely no complaints.
This storm caused a lot of trees in my area to go down, taking down power lines and electric meters with them. I am impressed this company was ready to take are of my electrical needs so quickly.
I will definitely use again.

From the first call my husband made to the company and to the goodbyes at the driveway everyone we came in contact with was very professional. I will admit I read the reviews on Angie's List, and of course, was worried with the one review with a C rating. I was apprehensive, but my husband met with Brett and he was impressed with his knowledge and didn't get a sense he wanted to overcharge us. He wrote up a detailed line item estimate and as we changed our minds on some items we wanted, he gladly changed the estimate and resent it to us in a timely manner. The estimate was fair and because my husband felt comfortable with Brett's knowledge of the work we decided to give them a shot over the other companies we had estimates from. And, I can say we were not disappointed.
I appreciate a great team and that is exactly what we got with Michael the lead and Nick, Gonzo, Cody and Julio. On the first day of work we had a team of three wiring and putting in our lights in our family room, kitchen, and breakfast nook. We thought we knew where we wanted all the lights, but I asked Michael for his advice since he was the expert in this area. And, I am glad I did. I wasn't looking at each room individually instead I was looking at them as one long room. He kept me from having a runway look to something so much better. The team worked well together and they were a positive uplifting bunch to be around. They moved things out of the way with care and put them back when they were done and even cleaned up to perfection after each job.
The second day was finishing up the inside work and then heading out doors for the dirty work. Again, we had at times three and even four men on the job. Trenching in a wooded area that had been wet from rains and mosquitos biting. They never complained and were so professional. They were careful of my plants and the job went well and placed the dirt back on after wires placed in ground so that it didn't even look like they were there. It was hard work and they even stayed late and got it all done so that they didn't have to come back a third day.
I felt as though my home was treated as if it were their home and they took great care of it the entire time. I am a decorator and I will now refer this great RC Electric team to my clients. Thank you RC Electric for hiring such good workers! They represented well.

Some months later when I called him back to our house to install a light in our closet and one in our basement stairwell he made a prolonged and dramatic fuss about not being able to run a light into our closet because he might rupture a plumbing line even though I felt certain their was no plumbing in the area he would be working (I am a woman who worked as a Carpenter's Assistant in my youth and know a little bit about what is on the other side of of the average cealing/wall-board). Finally he would only perform the work if I allowed him to poke a hole in my ceiling with a screw driver, which he did, and then cut a circle out for what reason I never understood. The 3" diameter cut out circle still remains in our ceiling. However, the closet light only works occasionally.
He was also asked to install a light in our basement stairwell ceiling which my Contractor told me should work because of the way the stairs above were built - he talked me out of doing that and instead installed a small light in the wall at the top of the stairs but made it so that you could only turn the light on from the bottom of the basement steps. We had to call him back to fix that. My husband is continually irritated by the fact that of the 2 switches at the top of the stairs (one turns on the stairway light, the other the basement light) the technician placed the stairway light on the switch farthest from the door. When the technician came back to fix the basement light I went into our closet to begin installing our new closet light fixture - he was to get the wires ready and I would put the actual fixture up - I found that he had not left the wires stripped at the very tips so that they could be ready to wire into a fixture so I had to again ask him to do that. However, the light only comes on occasionally and my suspicion is that when I finally get around to opening up the switch plate in our bedroom I will find that it wasn't done correctly. I want to like this company but their technician doesn't seem to want to do the work he is hired to do.
"Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out a review of our company. We take pride in providing great customer service and are so pleased you were happy with our services. We hope that you will call on us again in the future should you need anymore electrical work."
