Excellent. I drive my cars until they die and my commuter had. I needed another and I hate buying cars. Bim was my sales person and he did an excellent job of making me feel like I got more than my money's worth for the experience. Bim listened to what I was after in terms of reliability price and fuel use. He showed me several cars, some that caused a positive emotional response in me that other sales pros might have tried to leverage into making a faster purchase. Bim let me work out the practical/fun to have equation without applying pressure to me. He was a customer service professional and I will always buy my used cars form Ray Skillman because of this experience.

I have a 2014 Mazda that I bought out of state before moving to Indy-area, so I kind of "inherited" this dealership for my service work. I haven't used their sales department, just service. They have taken phenomenal care of me. Excellent customer service in the service center. Honest and trustworthy. I'm always skeptical of auto service centers (whether at a dealership or not) and it's clear they don't take advantage of customers here. Little things like "you're due for a new air filter soon but we just took out your old one and washed it so you don't have to spend money on a new one yet." I highly recommend their service center for quality and honest work.

They did okay. I appreciate not having to go to Greenwood to be serviced. They were very professional. They got in touch with me right away. I dropped it off Sunday evening and they contacted me Monday morning. They talked with me about what needed to be done and then got back with me within 24 hours. They had done the work and then they let me know what else needed to be done and then the option was up to me whether I wanted them to do anything further. I appreciated them. They're very professional and very courteous. I appreciate that they got with me in a timely manner. They did the work and within a couple of days, I had the car back.

The gentleman that work at the service desk are always very friendly and prompt. This is my go-to auto service shop for my Mazda 3s. They can be a little pricey if it's must more than the basic oil change and tire rotation and such. I did have to wait quite awhile this time, but it varies depending on how busy they are. They gave my car a complementary wash as well.

I purchased my third Mazda from their dealership. Needless to say, I am very loyal. It's always a stress-free experience. This time the internet sales person, Tonya, contacted me about considering a new vehicle with a much lower payment. She was great and they totally delivered. Bryan Baker is my sales person and was great as usual. He and their team went out of their way to meet all of my expectations. They even had my car transported from South Bend. They didn't even hesitate to do this. I love this dealership. I live in Brownsburg and make the trek over there because they're so great! They even delivered the car to me so I wouldn't have to make the drive.

Their salesman took care of us and when there was a couple of items that were different from what we expected, they made the changes straight away with no agruement. The changes were made in their service dept. within 30 minutes. We have been very happy with our purchase and would recommend buying a car from Terry Northern at Ray Skillman Mazda.

Shortly after leasing my Toyota, we were rear ended and damage was done to the bumper and trunk. We took it to Skillman' body shop and they did a good job repairing it. The only negative was the initial interaction with the receptionist there. She was very unprofessional in her demeanor and actions.

My husband and I were looking for a S Class Benz in Red with under 20,000 miles on it and we searched for weeks. We stopped in and spoke to the Manager and within 5 days he had one for us to look at. We bought it on the spot. I have never been treated so well and had such a good experience. Thank You.

Overall ok, they had a great price on the car. However they are horrible communicators and you have to constantly follow up with them. If the car wasn't so rare I would have prob went somewhere else.

I called and recieved an estimate over the telephone. The Service Manager filled me in what they would do and where there may be worn parts. He called during the repair and gave me an update on other issues they found and how much it would add to the cost to repair. His explanation was excellent and I went ahead and had the work done. It was done on time, the cost was within the numbers he gave me, and the car drives like it did the day I bought it. This is the second job Skillman Mazda has done for me and I have been very pleased both times. Service Manager is great and our communication was excellent. I plan on returning in the future. When I buy a new Mazda, Skillman will be the first on the list because of their service department.
