My first oil change o my new Hyundai almost cost an engine replacement NOT ONCE BUT TWICE FROM THE SAME OIL CHANGE !!!!! Fist time found oil plug loose said I all set but a month later while driving the oil light and engine lights came on just luckily while parking and shut it down. Well the same SO CALLED SERVICE TECH OVER TORQUED THE PLASTIC OIL FILTER CANISTER AND IT FINISHED CRACKING DUMPING MY OIL ALL OVER THE ROAD AND PARKING SPOT. ENGINE WAS SAVED BOTH TIMES BY MY QUICK ACTION. I DO NOT TRUST SKILLMAN SERVICE NOW AND ANXIOUS ABOUT DRIVING MY NEW CAR. DON’T trust Skillman service

They are everywhere. It was free. It was under warranty. I'm never going anywhere else.

We go there every time there is an oil change due or a maintenance is due on the vehicle. We continually go back, they are great people, they treat you well. We lease 2 vehicles from them so we go in every time one of those is due.

The customer care stands out. The car is great.

We lease 2 cars from them. They have great customer service. they care about you, they listen to you, they call you, all the things that customer service is.

We have our cars leased through them.

They are just very service oriented and they keep you informed. The workers were very good.

I was thrilled that the tire was so easy to fix. Was concerned that I would have to buy a new tire... so kept airing it x 3 weeks. My tire was losing 20 pounds of pressure per day. So I was prepared to buy a new tire, not realizing that I ran over a nail.

Ray Skillman sold me a car that had been declared a salvage vehicle in Colorado. If you wish to trade in a car there, you must attest that it does not have a salvage title in this or any other state. However, they will Sell YOU that kind of vehicle. Demand both a carfax and an autocheck. It's now apparent that autocheck leaves out info. Justin Bunte, sales manager, admits the car never should have been on their lot. However, I am being offered an insulting buyback price that will leave me hosed by more 7K. It's very disappointing to know that a dealership of this size would risk its reputation over that amount of money.

He owns multiple dealers and service garages. The last service cost me $90 and it included air filter replacement. I would give him an A.

Audra went with me on the test drive in a 2011 Sonata Limited. She explained the directions to go when we got back, she showed me how all the buttons work. Very polite with me. Super great sales person.

Service was fine, there was just a slow response upon first arrival. I would return if in a rush, but cost is higher than competitors near by.

Everytime I have been to this car dealership for oil changes, check ups or battery problems, the service has been excellent. The staff explained if repairs were needed and even gave me tips on how to reset a gear lock if my car has this problem again. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

If more conveniently located from where I live, I would go here more often. Unlike past experiences with other dealers, I never get the impression they're trying to upsell me something I don't need. They do what they say they'll do, on time and correctly. Also very professional.

I bought a 2010 Chevy Silverado from these guys. Was easy - called in the day before, had it ready for a test drive - made it easy and even threw in a bedliner

It has over 300,000 miles on it. They are very honest and the service manager, Robin is great. She really knows her stuff.

I purchased my new Sonata from Ray Skillman in early 2011. I have always been impressed with the quality of service they provide to their customers - especially the staff in the auto service department. They are very friendly, polite, and informative about needs for your car. I will continue to go to them for all of my car related needs.
