Affordable window replacement

Left job without completing it. One of the workers was rude and condescending.

We had Raspberry Building cut into our brick side to add a picture window and repair another window. Their work exceeded our expectations. We expected that we would be able to see from the outside evidence of remodeling. That did not happen. The window added a lot to our house and you cannot tell the window has not always been there. I would highly recommend this company. They were easy to deal with and the workmanship is very professional.

Raspberry Building crew came out and installed my replacement patio door in a professional efficient manner just under 3hrs.

Wrong windows were ordered. After two months, i still do not have this project completed, and getting answers from the company is impossible. No effort to give me an idea when I may see the completion of this project. Customer service is awful. Now I learn that I wonà à ¢à à t see the windows for another month to month and a half. This puts us into the middle of January which is the coldest time of the year. I am not having windows replaced in January. So now it will be spring before I get this project finished. COmpletely unacceptable. UPDATED 1-12-19 I HIRED RASPBERRY BUILDING, NOT HIS SUPPLIER!!!! IT IS UP TO RASPBERRY BUILDING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. 6 MORE WEEKS ON AND NO ANSWERS!! Updated 4-24-19 We finally got the work done a few weeks ago. One of the windows was still the wrong window, but Royce made it work. I just hope it holds up against the cold and it's not drafty. Company did give me a discount for the trouble. I promised that I would update this review. The work itself was very good. Royce did a great job and the windows (even the one that's actually wrong) look good. Cleaned up afterwards beautifully. I will steer clear of the supplier this company uses for the windows though. Also, one of the installers was smoking right outside one of the removed windows, which blew cigarette smoke into the house. Not acceptable at all. You're working in someone else's house. Smoke elsewhere.

The crew was very professional and communicated well with me about the progress of the project. I would absolutely use Raspberry Construction for other projects in the future.

There is a real problem with communications and although I had this problem with the first job, I did hire them for a larger second job and again after I was told that the project would start right away even there was a possibility of starting that night on June 25th, I have now made my second call requesting information and a start date.

Poor communication. Purchased over $6000 worth of windows in Oct and it took until March to get them in. I always had to call to get status . Finally a complaint to Home Advisor got them on the ball. Installers were nice.

The owner provided the windows we specified at a reasonable cost. He knows windows but left the installation and trim planning to his crew leader. There was a mix up on the estimate and it did not include a finished trim per our written scope of work resulting in some additional cost. The project required removing existing framing, installing new framing, windows, sliding door, finish trim, tile floor and adding an electrical box. The installation crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the work site each day.

Once we were able to connect, they were very responsive at reasonable cost. The work looks very good.

One of the best company's I have seen. Worked with me and listened to my needs. Clean and always on time, did what they said they would do. I am very particular and can say they are a 5 star company.

Prompt and professional. Definitely would recommend for windows.
