Randy's "trip charge" increased from $59 to $89, and upon reflection, Randy would leave tasks unfinished at the end of the day that required a return trip. I still have a shelf in Westfiled that was never installed despite it being near and at the top (return visit) of my list. Randy left before 5PM while my dishwasher and replacement kitchen sink were not installed in my new home in Brownsburg. ( He could have run to Lowe's 5 minutes away and gotten the part and finished in another 10 minutes.) He didn't make himself available for about 3 weeks! I was washing my dishes in my small bath sink and realized best to hire someone else to get my life back to normal. On the positive, after you pay a trip charge, Randy's hourly rate had been I believe $35/hour. I think a full day work is usually 6 hours, after his mandatory lunch break. Randy is truthful in telling you what he can or cannot repair. Randy is a "steady plodder." My average bill was $300 for about 6 hours of work each day. I gave Randy a "D" overall rating because I paid him to repair my outdoor garage lights in my Westfield home, including buying new sockets that he told me to purchase, and when they both stopped working in January 2018, he refused to warranty his work and repair. He sent me a text that said he only "removed the dust" and I would need to call someone else to repair.

Randy was recommended to us by a friend. He repaired my garage wall after my teenaged son drove the car through it. Randy estimated $1060 to repair/replace the wall studs, repair the electrical that was damaged, replace the vinyl siding, add two new electrical sockets we wanted, replace drywall, tape and do the first mudding. He estimated 2 full days. Randy arrived bright and early and dug in. He discovered he could reapir more than he thought, not replacing as much. And it went quicker than he thought. So, he revised our price dwn to $750 and was done in a day. Being cost-consciuos, I asked him to leave the final sanding, mudding and painting the garage to me. I figured my teenager had to do SOME work to make up for driving through the garage wall! We are having Randy back in a couple of weeks to do some basement refinishing for us. A GREAT job, and very reasonably priced!

Randy was timely in getting the job done and worked around my availability. Job was finished quickly with limited interruptions in daily routine. He made good suggestions about alternatives.

They did very well. He took pictures of what he was doing and he showed me pictures of what his guys did as they were doing it. He shows up when he says he is going to. He come through for you. His price was fairly reasonable. He emphasizes that if anything is wrong, you can call him and he will fix it for free.
