Randy stated on his report that our house had major structural foundation damage due to nail pops. He scared the buyers away and told them not to purchase our property. I had the builder and a structural engineer come out to check out the foundation. Both stated that there was no damage to the foundation and that the nail pops were due to trusse uplift, a non structural defect and something very common in these types of homes. Both stated that Randy made judgements on the foundation that were incorrect and that he obviously did not know how homes were built. He even stated that we needed to replace a mini blind in our house because the dog had chewed the corner. Our realtor said she has not seen an inspector put that in a report in 30 years. Randy cost us the sale of our home and are very dissatisfied with his judgement. He is obviously not someone you want to inspect your home. Stay far far way from R&R Home Inspections. He is not qualified to make such important judgements.
