Great service

Work was good. They showed me the problem, explained the repair, gave me an estimate and quickly fixed problem. Shop does not take appointments. Because it was the Saturday of a holiday weekend I waited 4 hours before they saw me.

It was great! There was a bit of a wait since there were other people ahead of me and it is first come first serve, but they called me to let me know what needed to be done and how much the cost was going to be before they started the work. I came back to pick up my car and it seems like they did a wonderful job! My car was so loud and sputtering when I took it in, now it's quiet as ever and the cost was more affordable than I had anticipated. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

had car there at 8:30 am and was told there were 2 cars ahead of me . I told them I would leave it and have my son pick me up and would they call me when they found out what was wrong with the car .I called at 11:30 am and they said there were a couple of cars they were working on and they would call me back .They did not call . I  Called again at 2:30 pm and they said they were just getting ready to go check the code and they would call back in 10 min. I called my son  at 3:00pm to pick me up to go and get the car . Ralphs still had not called . When I arrived at Ralphs , Eric said that they did not have a tool to check the code on my Altama . It seems to me they could have found that out sometime before 11:30 am and called me to come and pick up the car . I feel I need to warn people ,  if you want to set in a cigarette smoked filled waiting room for 2 hours or leave your car and waste a day waiting for them not to even look at your car until you call them 2 times , then Ralphs is the place to go . I also tried to call the owner Paul and complain , but they would not give out his number .

Originally, I took my car to the dealership, which told me that they could not cut/weld pieces of the exhaust system and that the entire system would have to be replaced (for $1200!). They also said that I may be able to get cheaper service (cut/welding) from a muffler shop. I checked AngiesList, and Ralph's had good reviews. I went to them and within a week my car was completely quiet for about 10% of the original dealership quoted price. I am very happy, and would definitely use them again.

Ralph's doesn't take appointments, so it's first-come, first served. I arrived at the shop around 9:30 a.m. (They open at 8 a.m.). The serviceman got my car up on the rack immediately, then reported to me that he could fix the problem for $98.00 and that it would take about 30 minutes. It took less than 30 minutes; in fact, I was driving out of the lot around 10 a.m.
The service was quick and the price was very reasonable. (Another service manager estimated the cost would be around $200.)
I can't say how pleased I was. I didn't want to spend $200 on the car, and I dreaded sitting in a muffler shop for a couple hours. Neither happened. I drove away one happy fellow.

They did a great job and saved me a lot of money, I would highly recommend to others. I will continue to use them again in the future.

This place was fantastic in every way possible. The people here are incredibly skilled in their profession and are extremely affordable. They don't cut corners by installing cheap materials but rather weld and customize pieces for your vehicle on-site. I was really impressed by their work. They were quick, clean, and incredibly friendly. I'm use to be taken advantage of at auto repair shops but I would trust these guys! I always recommend them to friends as they have done fantastic work for me.

I have been using Ralph's for years for many vehicles when needing new mufflers and exhaust repair.  Every time I have checked they have always been the best price with a lifetime warranty.  They are very efficient and reasonable - not the fanciest shop in the world but the only place i will go for replacement mufflers.
