Brian Hammond owner of Raintree Electric is one of the nicest persons you will ever have work in your home. We have had him work on several issues in the older home we recently purchased. The first interaction he called us within an hour of us submitting a work order and was in our home the next day. Brian is not like any other electrician we have ever dealt with. Most come in to the home, do the job and are out as quickly as possible. By the time he left we had made a friend. The second time he was at the house working on several other older outlets that needed GFCI's we mentioned an issue with one of the garage outlets he had worked on the first time he came by. He spent almost an hour figuring out the problem; which had nothing to do with his initial work and then said, he wasn't going to charge for the entire visit since he was concerned we weren't happy about the work done his first visit! Not at all! Who does that anymore?... A person of integrity. Anyway we paid him and are glad to recommend him to you. We think you will be pleased with his work.

It took a week and a half for Raintree electric to contact me in regards to setting an appointment to fix the attic fan. I had to push with claim resolution with my home warranty company for Raintree to come back out. That took another 3 weeks for him to finally come out. Raintree electric did modification attic fan that caused more damage and caused the attic fan to not be covered under warranty.

The experience was very good overall. This was a home warranty claim so bear that in mind regarding the price paid, which was my deductible. As I have found out with HVAC issues, you often don't get the A-players from the warranty company. Thankfully, that was not the case with Raintree Electric. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked them up and saw they had an A-rating. Other than the fact they were slow to call after the warranty case was opened, everything about the experience was very positive. I would consider them for future electrical work.

Raintree serviceman was clean, efficient, friendly and above all knowledgeable.
