I was preparing my home which is over 50 years old to be sold. There were many problems with it and I wanted sound, economic solutions. Robert was very helpful in advising on how to upgrade my kitchen in a way that that was within my budget while telling me how to improve and upgrade other areas. He told me how to fix/repair certain items to save me money and was willing to do them if I didn't want to take on the projects. I had spoken to other contractors and real estate people about my home and Robert was by far the most helpful. His hourly rate is fair and he even gave me a better rate when I hired him for the full day (versus just an hour or two). He recommended a color scheme for the kitchen and ended up painting the entire kitchen (including the cabinets). My original and more costly approach of replacing the cabinets was not needed then. He unclogged the kitchen drain, repaired a copper water line, fixed the dishwasher, removed a wall mural and did general repairs.
