I called May 11 or 12, 2018 to ask them to put me on the schedule to hang my awnings that they store at their company. I sent a text to Tonya May 14 to make sure they had my request. She replied "yes, I did". 3 1/2 weeks later on June 6, I sent a text to get a date for hanging, and no response. Another sent June 8 and no response. Soon after that I called and spoke to Tonya. She said they were busy and not enough employees, but it would be done, even if she had to hang them. On June 27, I sent a text saying "I hope the awning will be put up by the end of the month. Otherwise I don't feel I should have to pay full price when a 1/3 of the summer has passed." The awnings were hung the next day (one incorrectly). Two days later I received the bill and a letter notifying me that they can no longer provide service for me.

I completely agree with the other comments. This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. I will never work with them again. I originally had the awning installed in 2007 and had some trouble with them early on that was eventually resolved. After the ice storm in January 2011, I contacted them again because the frame and fabric were damaged from the ice. They were supposed to call me so I could meet them at home to discuss the damage and they were to provide an estimate for repair/replacement. They never called me, so without anyone being present at my home, they climbed onto my awning and pulled huge chunks of ice off of the awning and dropped it onto my landscaping - several very expensive shrubs and trees were damaged. I had not asked them to remove the ice - only to give me an estimate for repair. I am now working with another company to have the awning fixed. Stay away!!!

I was not contacted and the awnings were installed without my being home. Following installation, I spoke twice with Tonya requesting that Kevin call me. I left one message on the answering machine. No refund was given toward the purchase and phone calls were not returned. Quality Concepts has violated their own contract by charging the customer the full amount rather than the "required 50% down-payment" as stated in their own contract leaving no recourse for customers.

This is a very nice quality awning and the company is very professional and do great work. This work was done a few years ago and the awning is a very large. It is 27ft wide by 12ft projection retractable with motor. They are family owned and operated and I like to support small businesses.

My first visit to the showroom/shop was an information/scouting visit. I was told by the sales person there would be a four week wait for the manufacture and installation of the awning. A bit long, I thought, considering no one was working on anything. A few days later I went back to the store to select fabric color and place the order. To place an order, one is required to make a down payment of 50%. A bit excessive. I placed the order anyway. Then I waited. Four weeks, Five, Six. During this time several calls were made. Just to see how things were going, you see! On the seventh week I picked up the awning for a self install and breathed a sigh of releif. Product in hand. At delivery I found the store/shop to be a beehive of activity, awnings and parts of awnings everywhere. They were very busy, so I forgave their tardiness. I will admit I was concerned for several weeks that I made a mistake in choosing Quallity Concepts. But all is well for now.
