As a certified Arborist, Mark was able to give us a ton of recommendations for the yard. The service was excellent. Primeline gave us a fair quote and their quality of work was excellent. They had all of the necessary equipment to undertake this massive cleanup. Primeline was incredibly responsive and realistic on what work they could and could not perform.

Mark is very easy to work with. His crew is very polite. They did a great job. They came out promptly.

Mark and his crew took care of our lawn for 2 years (mid-2011 to mid-2013). They were reliable, polite and always left things looking perfect. They did the little extra's that make me wish we still lived within distance for their crew -- such as always walking our trash cans up to the garage if they were empty on the street (they almost always came on our trash day).

This experience could not have been any better. I could tell when I was talking to Mark that he was passionate about his craft. He gave a lot of information before even quoting me on the work. He also let me know if a service wasn't really necessary. I feel like most people would just say yea and charge me for it. We scheduled the work about 3 weeks out and his guys were there on that day bright and early. Mark wasn't there that day, but his guys were very professional. An overall great job. The best part of working with Mark is after the work has been done. I've emailed him about weed control, what sprinkler system to use and various other questions and he answers every time. I'm a first time home owner so I have a lot of questions on how to keep my lawn in tip top shape. I would definitely recommend him.

Spring clean up in April 2013 was acceptable, not everything was done as I requested. Mark Anderson had some of his crew return to complete the work he and I had originally agreed on. Mark commented on how difficult it can be to properly communicate with his college student staff. Mark showed up on June 4, 2013 to spray for weeds. We discussed some more trimming and weeding since the season had now brought the landscape back to full strength. He promised to return by the end of that week or early in the following week to do the work. I had to call him on June 18, 2013, 2 weeks after our discussion, to inquire as to when he would be out to do the work he had promised. He said the work was planned for tomorrow, 6/19/2013. He's just been busy and he had tried to squeeze me in a couple of times but couldn't. Today, 6/20/2013, Mark has been a no show again, prompting my decision to seek other alternatives.
In my opinion, Mark is a young kid who possesses the skill of a salesman, but he has not yet learned some of the basics required to be a success. Breaking service promises and failing to communicate with customers reflects poorly on his professionalism. To me his unresponsive and unreliable behavior has damaged his credibility. Leaving a customer with the perception that their business might be and quot;squeezed inand quot; around other customers is tactless and shows an attitude of indifference. It would be more mature to just say he is too booked up rather than making promises that can't be kept and ignore calling a customer to follow up on those promises.
It appears on Angie's list that Mark has great ratings. This is one of the reasons I hired him. In this instance Mark failed to meet basic and reasonable expectations. Why, I don't know. At any rate, since Mark finds it difficult to communicate, this comment will have to serve as his notice of termination.

His name is Mark Anderson and he is very reliable. They come every week, basically on the same day and at the same time. They do a complete job.

It's gone great. My prior service provider of 17 years seemed to lose interest and the condition of my lawn showed it. Noticed this company's work on other neighborhood lawns so we hired them for ours. To dayte it's worked out very, very well. Our lawn looks great now. Highly recommended. Now that the lawn looks so good, we're hoping they will start a couple of weeks earlier in the season (end of March, 1st of April).

I can not speak highly enough of him. The work is excellent, thorough and well priced. He started his own company and you can tell that he cares deeply about his work. He and his employees are well trained and professional but certainly not distant / corporate. Communication has been excellent by phone, email and text. Mark is very flexible (e.g. during drier times he was more than willing to skip weeks without penalty). If anything was damaged (our drainage cap was accidentally sucked up by the mower) he replaced it, no questions asked, the next day.He is expanding his services to fertilization and other more in-depth lawn care (he is an Indiana Master Gardener) and I plan on using him for all of our services without hesitation.

I would recommend him without hesitation.

Mark has been mowing our grass for almost 10 years. We have watched him grow his company from a one-man summer job during high school, to now a multi-employee business. Recently, he was able to update some equipment. Mark has an unbelievable work ethic. He provides excellent customer service and is always very responsive. My phone calls are returned same day, if not immediately, always by Mark. He is an excellent communicator, always providing updates if there are changes to the schedule. He is extraordinarily reliable and offers high quality work. As his business has grown, he has shared his expanded services with us, but never in an aggressive way. He is a self-starter, highly motivated and wonderful to do business with.

We have used them for 5 years and they have always provided outstanding service. The service is very personalized and the cost is very reasonable as well. From what we can tell when going through our neighborhood Mark Anderson does a superior job compared to other lawncare service providers.
