Eric arrived on time, cleaning all 51 windows inside & outside. He also removed screens & stored them in the basement, as I requested. Windows are streak-free and look great!
I've had Eric clean windows before and he always does a great job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Pretty Panes!

We have a one-story ranch. Eric was very thorough and professional, completing the work in about 2 hours. The cleaned windows are sparkling and streak-free, and he cleaned the screens and sills as well. We are pleased with his service and will use him again.

I called to get an estimate and they came that evening and provided the estimate. The window cleaning was schedule for the following week. They were a bit late due to the prior cleaning taking longer than expected. When they arrived, they went right to work - cleaned the inside windows first, then the exterior. I didn't have to do anything. Windows look great.

We moved from Illinois into our house in Indianapolis about one month ago. The previous owner had used Pretty Panes and highly recommended them. When I saw their high ratings and 10% off coupon on Angie's List, I decided to give them a try.
I talked with Diane, and she remembered cleaning the house before. From memory, she gave me a $200 estimate for cleaning windows and screens (with the 10% discount). This estimate ended up being exact... they charged $200 ($3.75 per window and $1.50 per screen).
As mentioned above, Eric and Shawn arrived on time. They were very pleasant, talking with me occasionally, but were very efficient in cleaning and did a wonderful job. They use a different cleaning solution on the interior than on the exterior. After cleaning the windows, they sorted through the screens that the previous owner had left in the basement, and cleaned and placed each screen in the appropriate window.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of their cleaning, and feel their prices are very reasonable. I will be using them again.

This experience was wonderful!! Diane's son was a delight, did a fabulous job and completed the job in a timely manner. Windows are sparkling clean. I will never clean my own windows again. Windex and paper towels just doesn't cut it . . . my windows have never been cleaner. Will have Diane and her son back next year to do both inside and out. =)

Diane of Pretty Panes cleans our interior windows and screens annually. We have so many that it takes her almost a whole day. It is difficult to take out the "grids" in the windows, but she does this carefully. She also enlists her son or husband to climb an extension ladder to reach a 2-story window, including dusting pottery that is up there! She is very efficient and pleasant to have around.

It went fine and she did a good job. The price wasn't outrageous. She broke a mini blind, but she did a good job. She tried to fix the blind.

"Well I apologize about this.. usually if there is a problem, I try to fix it... Yes I have been known to have an accident or two. I broke a glass on a 3 legged thin table that cost me $200.00. I didn't even ask for the check even for the difference until I returned the new glass. Need I say more!? If we messed up the blind we will fix it or replace it.. To be quite honest, I dont remember this happening... it was in 2007. We are human, and accidents happen.. (Hopefully not to often!!!) I try to be Kind, Curious, and most of all HONEST!!!! We will respect our customers at all times!"

They did an excellent job. Diane Connors gave me the estimate and she was very nice and helpful. She worked with me because I told her that I only wanted to pay so much. I was very pleased and she called me real quick. I wanted the windows to look nice because I am having eight or nine people staying with me for a wedding. It is family operated and her son and his friend work there. They did an excellent job. She got me in right away, unlike a lot of other places.

Great. Diane's son is very concerned about doing the job so the customer is happy. Diane was very helpful over the phone and came out right away. Her son even gave me a lesson on doing my inside windows and I decided it would have been worth the price for Pretty Panes to do it. My house is fairly large with some complicated windows to get to and I told them they didn't have to do the ones that were dangerous to get to but they did all of them. Very nice family. I would definitely hire them again. My windows look great!

Diane came to my home last fall and gave me an estimate for cleaning my windows, etc. There was no charge for the estimate. I called her this fall and scheduled a time for her to come - a week later. When she and her son arrived, they washed all inside windows, the skylights, and the chandeliers. Because it was to rain that day, we scheduled another date for them to return to wash the outside of the windows. I paid Diane when all work was completed and met my approval. She is a very conscientious and hard worker. The first time she came she was late, but she had called me and told me that she had been delayed. Customer service is very important to her.

"Thank you, Actually we did clean your screens!! Screens always need cleaning. This customer had storm double hungs which require taking it apart and cleaning by hand. I always take in extra clothes and lie them on the floor to keep the carpet clean. I take extrs care and caution to take apart and put together all windows and handle with extream care!!! Its takes Pretty Panes and makes it Pretty Pains. But is all for our GREAT customers!!!"
