Manicures/Nails
My sister's nails were filed to a sharp point, no rounding to them. They looked ridiculous. The polish was rough and lumpy. They really looked awful.
But the worst thing was Harry ground her ring fingernail down until it actually bled in two places (close to the cuticle). She is
currently taking chemo, so her immunity is not ideal. Infection is a concern. She is currently living in Indianapolis and awaiting a liver/pancreas transplant. An infection would likely affect her status, if organs come available.
She refused to pay.
She asked for information on where to file a complaint. They said they don?t know anything about a place to complain. She
told them they are required to have it posted in the shop. They said that they own the business so they don't have to post anything.
