The work was done well but the sales rep was disorganized and lost our paperwork, sending his workers to our neighbor's house by accident and trying to raise the agreed upon price, because he couldn't find the contract. Then, when they damaged our gutters, he asked our homeowners insurance to pay for the damage, without our knowledge or permission to submit the claim. He argued with the claims adjuster when he declined to cover the damage they caused.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Beau was great to work with and seemed to do his best in keeping up with everything during a busy time due to hail damage. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves. Was a bit worried with stray nails around since we have kids, but did not find many at all.

Bo was great to work with! He suggested I have my insurance company look at my roof. He offered to be present when the adjuster came to inspect the roof and help answer any questions I might have. His crew was here when he said and finished in a day. The roof looks great, and my neighbors are calling Precision now to do theirs.

I think they did an A-1 job on my roof. They were here when they said they were coming. The work was completed in a day, and they did a good job. They cleaned up when they were finished. They could not have done any better.
