Excellent - excellent - excellent!! We were so happy with the work that was done. Scott and Dave came the same afternoon that we talked. The work was done in only 3 hours. They were professional and easy to work with. We will most definitely hire this company again for our future needs.

Powell did an excellent job, with great attention to detail and "doing it right the first time." We could not have been more pleased. The 2-man team worked straight through for 9 hours and left the work site very clean. We would hire Powell again for sure.

My house was broken into and my front door broke in two.  I made a request for a contractor through another service and Scott Powell of Powell Construction contacted me and came out that morning to see what he could do.  My house was built in 1908 and the door is not a standard size.  Scott ordered a new door for me and boarded up the opening until the door came in.  I also discussed with him security doors and bars for my windows.  He got the bars installed for the windows right away and installed the three doors I wanted once the main front door came in. 
The only issue that came up was after he was done and left.  I went to leave and could not get the back security door to close due to the door knob on the security door hitting the knob on the back door.  He came back in a timely manner and got it fixed so it would close properly.  He also fixed my regular back door so it would latch properly, which it did not do prior to then, and did not charge me for it.
He and his helper were professional and did a great job.  I would not hesitate to use him again.

The job was excellent! He was here on time and always came right when he said he would. There was 1 day he was going to be a little late because he had to go to the hardware store for our job, but called and let me know. He only took maybe 30 min lunches and stayed everyday till about 4.  He even asked if it was ok to head out for the day before he left. He estimated it would take 2 days to finish and thats exactly what it took. I was very comfortable with him in the house. He's a great guy, he was recommended by the guy putting in hardwood floors for us. He's actually coming to do a bigger job for us tomorrow and has kept up in the loop as far as the material we had him order from the hardware store. When he was here working on the pantries he even fixed a few small things around the house and didn't charge us any extra.

They were very professional and through. They were very quality oriented. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.
