Mike and his team were responsive, friendly, and clean. They had some challenges and even had to build custom scaffolding due to our high pitch roof and location of the chimney. They completed the job over several days, and when they were finished you couldn't tell that any repair work had been done...it blended in perfectly and looked original to the house. Again, I can't thank Mike and his team enough for their quality of work, advice, and accurate estimate. We would recommend them without reservation!

Terrible... leak wasn't fixed and we continue to leak and incur damage to our sunroom drywall every time we had a heavy rain. Sunroom will need to be repaired and repainted once leaks are completely and correctly fixed. We continue to put a bucket in the attic to protect the ceiling in the bedroom closet from being damaged, but the leak also drips through the ceiling in the sunroom (which has no attic above it) so only a bucket on the floor catches what drips through and damages the ceiling. Over the years (and at first) Mike would come out and do a little work and then leave telling us to contact him if it still leaked... it still leaked and we would call and/or e-mail telling him that we still had the problem, but he is now just ignoring us. We have been too patient and understanding and allowed Mike to string us along way too long. We are sending you, via certified mail, copies of some of our e-mails and the contract.

Two sections of a 3 foot high brick wall holding up a tiered garden bed in front of our 37-year old home were collapsing. Mike Martin worked with us to try to identify matching brick, including at least two trips by Mike back and forth to the supplier for samples. When we felt none matched, he ended up re-using many of the bricks and re-built the wall anyway, also using a few extra originals we had in storage. The finished wall looks very nice and it is difficult to tell it was redone compared to the adjoining sections. The steps and column look very nice also. My sense is that Mike put more time and effort in to complete the job but stuck to his original estimate. Mike is a craftsman and a pro and a really nice guy to boot!
