Arrived on time and did a great job.

I think the ratings speak for themselves. Water heater went out while I was on vacation. Pipe Dreams came out to inspect and explained on phone what needed to be done. He shut it all down and drained tank. I called when I got home over a month later to schedule replacement. Not sure it was a great price; I only got one other estimate because I really wanted to have the same company who installed original, and it was still under warranty. I knew I could trust him. The other estimate was lower, but I am satisfied with my decision, His price was very close to his estimate and he was very professional. (I can't speak for the quality of a water heater that does't even last 5 years)

Jeff is great. Have used him for several years and always pleased. He is very reasonable, honest and professional. Shows up on time. Does the work honestly and professionally and is very fairly priced. I cant recommend him highly enough. If you need a plumber, call Jeff. Very happy customer!

They were hooking up plumbing, after I had new counter tops put in. They disconnected and reconnected the plumbing. The only incident that we had was when they disconnected the water, he did not cap the water off, which leaked into the basement. I had to replace a few tiles. They did come out immediately, and capped the lines, the same day we were installing our counter tops.

He came out and gave us an estimate to replace and scheduled sump pump installation a few days later.  Existing sump pump acted up again the day before new system was to be installed. Called Jeff and he came later that day to replace existing sump pump so that we didn't have to worry about flooding.  He then came the next day and replaced the battery back-up system and the other pump in the crawl.  Very easy to reach, called and checked on status. Very professional. Will likely use for the needed water heater replacement soon as well. 

Jeff came on short notice and fixed 2 leaking toilets. He was thorough and very friendly. Price was good too.

This is a small operation that is personable and responsive.  Jeff took my call and came out the next day to give an estimate at no charge.  I had a water leak and he gave a lot of time and thought as to where it might be coming from.  Although he needed to tear out the wall first to be sure, he told me how to stop the flow and gave me options for reducing damage until I could contact my insurance company.  Then he came out the next business day and repaired the leak within a short amount of time.  After that, I was able to start the restoration process.

I wouldn?t have called Pipe Dream Plumbing if it hadn?t been for Angie?s List because I'd never heard of them, but I?m glad I did.  So many times the big companies charge you a service fee just to come out, as well as exorbitant fees for the labor, supplies and travel.  Not Jeff.  He estimated his time and costs up front (worst case) and then charged less on the final price since the repair was easier than expected.  While he was here, he also fixed another minor problem.  I would not hesitate to use him again.  In fact, I will be calling him for a hot water heater replacement very soon.

AWESOME service. This happened on a Sunday and he arranged to come out. Service was excellent and I thought the price was reasonable.

I had a toilet installed by a handyman. I was not satisfied with the results and called Jeff for help in rebalancing it. He did a great job and I was totally satisfied with Jeff's work. I have called on Pipe Dreams before and they are always courteous and respond quickly. Their price is always fair and I would recommend them to anyone.

We've known them for years before he even started Pipe Dream Plumbing. He's reliable, he's honest and he's reasonably priced.

I really liked, I had called them the week before Thanksgiving, or the week of Thanksgiving. I had called needing a plumber. They were really busy, they said they'd try to make it that one day if they could. They kept in contact with me. They came the first thing the next day and were able to take care of the plumbing problem that we had. I appreciated them getting to us so quickly during a holiday. It was right before Thanksgiving. They had given us an estimate on it right up front as they were going through everything. They talked to us before to explain what we needed to have done. They said we will bring what we think we need, if we need something else we will obviously have to go get it. They were able to give me an approximate time, I mean for how long it would take to fix stuff as well as prices on things. They did a really good job. One of the joints that they had put in for one of the drains leaked and I called them right as soon as I saw it. He came right out, fixed the part or whatever it was. They came right away and the tweaked something on it and everything has been good on it ever since.
I think that they were very consistent in what they quoted and didn't overcharge for stuff.

This is the second time we have had Pipe Dream come to clear our sewer. Once again they were punctual, professional, and straightforward with their recommendations. In this case they were not able to clear the entire line because it is extremely long, and they gave us the name of another service that could help. We find Pipe Dream to be reliable and honest, and will definitely call them again.

I had used this company earlier in the year when we had a water line freeze and break in the kitchen of mother's home.  At that time, they located the broken valve and replaced a water heater.  They were prompt, courteous, and professional.  So, when I needed help fixing a leak in my sister's home, I felt comfortable calling them.  They know I live out of state and have a pretty tight schedule, so they were flexible scheduling an appointment.  In fact, I had to call them the morning of the appointment to reschedule because the water company wasn't at the house yet.  They very courteously rescheduled.  When they arrived, they were once again prompt and very helpful.  They performed the repairs necessary for me to have hot water so I could clean the house without charging me for other repairs I can do at a later date.  In addition, Jeff actually offered to come back and turn off the water to the house to avoid further damage during the cold months of winter.   This is an excellent company and I plan on calling them again.  I highly recommend this company.

Excellent.  Clean, polite, professional, on time and knowledgeable - 2 plumbers did the work.  A pleasure to have on my property/in my home.  They worked fast and efficiently.  I'd rank them at the top of the plumbing companies I've worked with over the past 15 years.  Also, I appreciated that they didn't tell me I need to replace the entire stem to my outside faucet which is expensive.  They simply lubed the stuck part and instructed me how to do it myself if it happens again.  Their pricing is good and the speed/efficiency with which they work makes them cost effective.

Russ and Jeff arrived promptly after a call before hand.  They started to work right away, having all the parts and equipment at hand.  Taking away the old disposal and most of the old pipes first, they then installed the new disposal followed by putting in the new faucet and soap dispenser.  Jeff checked the operation of the disposal early on.  Since the sink drains were toward the back of the sink, Jeff had to measure and figure a new pipe and trap fitting and he did a great job.  Russ explained operation of the faucet and dispenser and made sure I had the paper work.  Jeff and Russ thoroughly tested the operation of disposal, faucet and dispenser before leaving.  Of Course they cleaned up well after themselves and left me with a great kitchen sink.  I love how the faucet works!

I called Pipe Dream after having another drain cleaning service come out and clear the main as well as snake a toilet in my rental property.  The previous company failed to clear the line and actually caused a leak in the updatirs bath which resulted in a huge hole in the ceiling.  The lines continued to be clogged and water was backing up into the basement.  Pipe dream came in a assessed the situation and cleared the basement drain line.  They were honest and indicated that they could not guarantee the line would stay clear.  They were clean professional and did a great job. I am still having issues with the the lines, but this is a 100 year old home in a city with a serious sewer system issue.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They are excellent. I would use them in the future.

I think that was the third or fourth time that I've used them. They are just on time, responsive, calling back in no time. He is honest. Basically, it's the same two guys that work together really well to get it done. They are fast and prompt. It is just well done.
