I adore the representative. She was like visiting with an old friend. They are custom made pieces. They are made-to-order. We purchased a complete entertainment center, a glider, several end tables, a dining room table, a kitchen table and a side board.

I LOVE THE STORE. THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE PIECES, AND THE SALESPEOPLE ARE REALLY NICE. I JUST LOVE TO GO IN THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE SUCH NEAT STUFF.

PETER GRANT'S CARRIES MORE ARTISAN-TYPE FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES, SO THERE'S LESS OF A CHANCE OF FINDING YOUR PIECE IN SOMEONE ELSE'S HOME, SINCE EACH ITEM IS MADE ONE AT A TIME. BECAUSE OF THIS YOU CAN OFTEN MAKE SLIGHT CHANGES TO THE LOOK OF IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. EVERYONE, FROM THE SALESPEOPLE TO THE DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. THIS IS ONE PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS TRULY #1. WE'VE HAD SOME MINOR PROBLEMS WITH THE FINISH ON OUR DINING TABLE & THEY CAME BACK TIME AFTER TIME (WITH A SMILE) UNTIL IT WAS PERFECT.
