They gave me an urn for my god, and had it all done up for me.

My little dog died very unexpectedly. I used Pet Angel Memorial services on the recommendation of the staff at my vet clinic. I did not have direct contact with this company as all arrangements were made through my veterinary clinic, but within three business days of making the arrangements they had delivered my dog's remembrance package to the clinic. They did a wonderful job with the remembrance package, including taking fur clippings that represented the varying colors/shading of my dog's coat well. I would highly recommend them.

Pet Angel was just amazing from start to finish. We arranged to have Fred euthanized at our home and to have Pet Angel come out to collect him and provide cremation services. The vet arrived around an hour late due to an emergency, but the gentleman from Pet Angel was as nice and patient as can be, and actually made the experience pleasant. Somehow he knew when to disappear and reappear at all the right times. He gave us as much time as we needed before he wrapped up Fred and took him away in a very dignified, respectful manner. I picked up the remains a week later, and the woman at the facility was also extremely nice and thoughtful. We didn't order anything fancy, and the box and presentation are simple and beautiful. They even sent a card on the one year anniversary of his passing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We lost two dogs and they helped us with making arrangements for their cremation. They picked up our pets and took care of the arrangements. They were very helpful and helped us through the grieving process. They even suggested some support groups.

Pet Angel was wonderful. A very nice lady came to our home shortly after the vet arrived to put our dog to sleep. She explained to us the procedure for removal and cremation. She even brought a littlle casket with a blanket for our dog to go out in. The lady was very nice, compassionate, and respectful. She really treated our dog as you would a person being taken to a mortuary. She didn't rush us at all. They cremated our girl in two days and called us to come pick her up. They had prepared a paw print and shaved a little of her fur for us. They packaged her remains in a nice velvet bag in a nice wooden box. Their language throughout the whole process was kind and considerate. I remember when they called to tell me her ashes were ready, they called her by name and said she was ready to come home. They were also extremely compassionate and helpful when we picked up her ashes. Unfortunately, I had another pet put to sleep and cremated years ago and didn't receive any of this special attention at that time. I would highly recommend Pet Angel to anyone wanting their pet cremated.

They picked up my Sophie at Airport Emergency Center on very short notice on a Sunday afternoon. They cremated her the next day and made a paw print and a nose print impression, as well as clipped fur. Very kind when I picked her up to bring her home for the last time.

My vet recommended that I contact Pet Angel on the day I had to have my 15 year-old Lhasa Apso euthanized. They were kind and empathetic on the phone and asked if I wanted to see the person picking him up from the vet or if I wanted him to arrive after I left. I am so glad that I agreed to have them come while I was still there. I felt a sense of closure in not leaving his body at the vet's office alone.
The gentleman who picked him up was very nice. He was very patient when I needed a couple of extra minutes before I was ready to have him placed in the and quot;casketand quot; and covered up. It was a little strange to have him carry my dog out through the front of the vet's office instead of the back (there are two doors). I'm not sure what the protocol is, but it felt very awkward to walk out the front together.
My dog's ashes were returned to the vet's office in 2 business days. They were packaged respectfully in a little velvet bag inside of a wooden box. They also provided me with materials on healing from pet loss.
Although it's not a service I want to use, I am so glad I did. They helped to ease the pain of a very difficult time, and I'm sure that I will use their services again in the future.
Update. Unfortunately, I had to use Pet Angel again just 37 days after they cremated my Lhasa Apso. They were able to meet me at their office within 1 hour of my calling about my 14 year-old Shih Tzu (on Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend). They were kind and compassionate. When I came to pick up her ashes, they gave me a larger box and put both of my dogs together. They even offered to use letter beads to signify the appropriate velvet bag for each dog.
Additionally, they took some of my pet items that I no longer needed (beds, bowls, towels, and blankets) and donated them to the Humane Society for me. They took my leftover toys to a dog boarding facility since the Humane Society did not accept that type of donation. Their kindness and helpfulness really meant a lot during a very painful time in my life.

I can't say enough about our experience with Pet Angel. I researched my options and was leaning toward Pet Angel because they had the most positive reviews on Angie's List. Ultimately, I chose Pet Angel though because they offered a private cremation service and viewing. I had never had a pet cremated before and it was so important to me to be sure that I was getting MY dog's ashes. This industry is not highly regulated, and the extra cost for a private cremation was worth it to me. I was able to view my dog before the cremation and witness her being put into the chamber. John, the owner, was so kind and considerate, he took several hair clippings at our request, and kept us informed throughout the process. There was a small private room with chairs and a viewing window. We had purchased an urn online over 3 years ago when Frisky was first diagnosed with cancer. I also had purchased a couple cremation pendants at that time. They were kind enough to put some of Frisky's ashes in the pendants for me at no extra charge. They did have a nice selection of urns available for sale on site. Our whole experience there was five stars. I would not hesitate to recommend them! Thank you John and Theresa!

I had an aging Golden Retriever and didn't want to wait until he passed away to make his cremation arrangements, so in March, 2012, I phoned a few pet cremation services. I had already heard good things about Pet Angel Memorial, but I usually and quot;do my homeworkand quot; before making major decisions, so I called a few different services and asked several questions. I knew I wanted a brand that cremated individually, and this is the main reason that I chose Pet Angel. Individual cremation was a bit more expensive, but only minimally. The small extra expense was worth it to me.
I called and asked several questions before making the appt. The person I spoke with over the phone was extremely kind and compassionate and thoroughly answered my questions. After phoning a couple of other companies, I selected Pet Angel and then made the appt. When I actually went to their place of business to make the arrangements, again, the experience was top-notch -- professional, but compassionate. I prepaid my arrangements and hoped I wouldn't need to and quot;useand quot; my service for a long time.
I did get an additional nine months with my boy, but he died unexpectedly this past Monday, Jan 14, 2013 at our Vet's office. They have worked with Pet Angel in the past and allowed me to leave his body with them until the next morning. I called Pet Angel very early the next morning, and they picked him up early the same day. I asked when his ashes would be ready for pick-up, and they said likely before Friday. On Thursday, they called me, and they were ready (only two days later).
I bought a package from them that included a fur clipping and a paw print. They got a beautiful front paw print. My Mom wanted a fur clipping, and at the point I called, he had already been cremated, but they told me they had gotten plenty of hair, and they would be happy to separate it into two. They also placed it in one of their black velvet pouches for my Mom.
Everything here is tastefully done. I've never been through this before, and I wasn't sure what to expect. But the place of business isn't and quot;starkand quot; and and quot;cold.and quot; Instead, it's spacious, tastefully decorated, and the layout affords privacy, when needed.
They were phenomenal to work with. On the other side of this now, I can't be more thankful that I found them. I would absolutely use them again -- and believe they are in the right business. When people lose their animals, they lose family members. We need people who will be kind and compassionate to us -- and not make us feel we are and quot;just any old customer.and quot; They made us feel special and thanked us for trusting them with our furry baby boy. THANK YOU, PET ANGEL!!

I cannot go on enough about these people. They actually made it beautiful. From the moment my dog was in their hand, I didn't have to worry anymore. I highly recommend Coleen who works there. They came highly recommended from my niece. They would not even accept a deposit from me. They wouldn't let me make any choice that I didn't need to make right then. They never took a penny from me until it was all over and I tried to give them money but they wouldn't take it. They respected my little girl. I was there a lot and I saw how they treated animals. They came in with the owners and the owners would leave. They almost showed the pet more respect after the owner had left. In that way it was good to see what really goes on. They cried with me. What they say they would do, they really do. It's really hard to find people that do what they say they are going to do. I had a lot done and their pricing was amazing. I would never use anybody but them. A good thing is that we can make arrangements ahead of time so something like that does happen we don't have to think. We can have everything preset. I actually didn't have it preset and unfortunately I couldn't get her in there that night when she passed away.

It was a very emotional experience to lose our dog that was loved by our family. But, Curbside Care, the veterinarian service that comes to the house, came and determine it would be best to have our dog euthanized. She regularly works with Pet Angels, and I had read about their service via a link from Curbside Care's website. Theresa was very compassionate to our circumstances. She removed our dog with dignity. We were able to obtain her creamains in a very timely manner. It was comforting to get them back so quickly. This is not fun service to hire, but a very useful and helpful service. Should we ever be in this situation again, we would contact them again. We also will highly recommend their services to anyone going through the same experience.

Their services are very reasonable. You can orchestrate just about anything you want concerning your pet's last arrangements. They really go the extra mile and they'll call you after your pets have passed away to check up on you. They're available for you 24/7. This company goes above and beyond.

It was a much easier process with all of their help and assurances that they would take very good care of Sam. The manager and his wife picked up Sam very carefully, put her in a blanket lined basket, covered her with a dog blanket I provided ( they donated the cleaned blanket to the Dog Shelter ) and carefully placed her in the back seat of their van. They then spent about 30 minutes helping me adjust to her final trip away from me. Their concern and compassion for both of us was much needed. The woman (I have forgotten her name) told me of a couple of grief books I could either buy or get from the library. I have since bought the books and they helped enormously.

We lost three of our dogs. That's the best service I think that I have ever used. They are very thoughtful. They are very available to you. They are available 24/7. They make probably the most difficult part of the process of losing a pet which is really dispatching at the end. They make sure that all the things that you want done are done properly. They make that very easy. We would use their services again in the future.

They were so supportive. Colleen picked up by boy from the vet and they treated him like family. I wanted a private cremation and they accommodated just what I needed. I brought in pictures to the viewing room and stayed the whole time. They were respectful and there if I needed them but also gave me privacy when I wanted. At times they needed to lower the blind to do things in the cremation room and they did it with respect. I was there for my boy's last act of passing and am forever thankful that Pet Angel held my hand.

When our miniature schnauzer Gracie passed away, her doctor's office contacted Pet Angel (at our request). Within fifteen minutes, we received a call from Colleen, expressing her condolences and letting us know that she could arrive at our home within a half hour. She arrived as promised and graciously and considerately led us through the process of arranging for the services. She did not rush us along, letting us spend additional time and sharing stories with us before we turned Gracie over to her. Pet Angel's services were done quickly and efficiently. Before the day was over, Colleen had called to say that we could pick up Gracie's cremains. We drove to the Pet Angel center, Colleen aided us in picking out an urn. I cannot say enough about Colleen and her staff's performance during this very difficult time, and I would recommend their services to anyone. We have kept in contact with Colleen in the year since, and she remains a very dear friend.
