It went well. Very prompt and professional. I visited their showroom to pick out the granite. They coordinated with the plumber (new sink installation) so that everything went smoothly.

I found this company via Angie's List and at the beginning was very responsive regarding the initial quote. From there the customer service quickly went downhill. After they were hired a crew member came out to do the laser measurements which had no idea what the "vision" was regarding the details previously given to the sales representative. I was then told that the time-frame noted upon hire could not be done so we settled on a day a few weeks later than desired. I was informed 2 days before the installation date that they were unable to complete because the slabs were not in. I was rescheduled, again, for "first thing Tuesday morning". I then recieved a text message 15 minutes before the installers were supposed to arrive that the slab never came in and they would be unable to install AFTER I took the day off to accomodate. They were inconvienenced by having to work late to tear out and install with yet another miscommunication to discover. The island countertop was a specialty extension feature which was thouroughly discussed throughout the entire process. I was then told after the tear out that the support for the quartz was not sufficient. I arranged for adeuate support to be built that evening, assured that the island slab would be installed first thing in the morning. After not hearing anything by 11am, I call and the company "was waiting to hear from me." The final installation arrived hours after they were supposed to be there. Overall communication and timeliness was their downfall, by far. The installers themselves did a great job with the product and installation. My only recommendation for them moving forward would be to wear booties in someone's home instead of tracking through dirt, debris, and snow. This company just started in 2016 and I hope they continue to improve their customer service because their product, once finally finished, and installers themselves were great.

We were thrilled that we were able to cut, fabricate and install your material the same day that received the slabs ... that is not typical for our industry and we hope it made up for the frustration that you were feeling from the delays. To clarify, your original installation was scheduled for December 29 and was rescheduled to January 2nd... 4 DAYS later, not WEEKS later. Based on your feedback, we are going to review our client communication processes. While we appreciate your suggestion that our installers wear booties, this would not be safe and would create a slip hazard while they are carrying slabs of stone weighing hundreds of pounds."

Well. Customer service was great. Provided lots of insights and options based on current color scheme and layout of kitchen area. Stone was ready on schedule and follow up on satisfaction of product was also timely
