I finished my basement and Performance Stoneworks installed granite for bartop and cabinet/sink. Jeff and Kendra and their team are awesome people to work with. Technician seemed to lack skill. Made a gommed up mess with silicone and some how scratched quartz. Procedure not explained. Expected remove/replace sink to prepare area of repair. When questioned, I was told he'd come back after I had a plumber here. Hindsight, should have done it myself.

"We are sorry for your disappointment, but this was not our origional job. We coud not see what needed to be done until our technician saw your sink issues. After review he determined that it would be best to remove the sink so he could properly silicone and re-attach the sink. In order to do this, a plumber would need to disconnect the plumbing from the sink to give you a clean and correct seal."

Pre Made Cabinets Installation
Unless you enjoy frustration and incompetence, stay away from this company. I signed a contract in early October my kitchen cabinets were completed on January 21. It takes about three weeks to get the cabinets. One arrived damaged and had to be returned for replacement. The project manager incorrectly measured not once but twice for my cabinets and as a result the cabinet had to be returned and a new one ordered. The rest couldn't be installed until the replacement came. She did not provide the materials the contractors needed in a timely manner. This caused additional delays because the contractors had to call her and then wait until the materials arrive to continue working. The only thing they seem truly interested in was being paid whether or not the work was completed. The only bright spot was the independent contractor who installed the cabinets. He was very professional, helpful and did his job well.

"We are sorry for the damaged cabinets. This was out of our control and we made every effort to get the replacements in a quickly as possible. Our contractor worked diligently to insure your kitchen was complete and perfect. I believe you have not complaints about the end result. We are sorry for the delays that were out of our control. As far a payment, our system occasionally kicks out all open invoices so that everyone has the most recent copies. This was not an attempt to collect before completion, just making sure invoices are updated accordingly."

Work was shotty, no control over their subcontractors, ruined my floor, ruined my microwave oven, had to go buy new one, new microwave oven didn't fit in the same spot, therefore they had to rip out the cabinet and rebuild a new one that was smaller and then charged me over $400.00 for the tiny cabinet. The Granite is cracked they tried to repair it on site , however the crack is still there, the molding is missing, and the original molding is damaged. Electrical outlets were left undone after the backsplash tile was done, which i had to hire my own electrician to install electrical boxes above the sink. The ice maker plumbing was not connected to the ice maker so I had to hire my own plumber to complete that as well. Original quote was $9,923.00, at the end of the project I got two additional invoices for $2000.00 for master bath and $3600.00 for the kitchen. Then i tried to negotiate the costs based on their work done, I offered to send them $3463.86, to settle the additional invoices they sent me and withhold $2000.00 due to damages done and shotty work, however, they sent me notices with Mechanics lien on my home.

You added several items to your project, which was updated on your invoice as the items were requested, which is the difference in your original quote. As well as changes in materials and stone. We have made several attempts to work with you and are happy to discount your project for any cost you incurred. We have requested those receipts several times so that we can make adjustments."

We loved everything EXCEPT THE UGLY SEAM. Full kitchen countertops and island. The island turned out perfect and everything would have been 5 stars except for... countertops were great UNTIL you look at the seam. So obvious you can see it across the room. When I asked them to fix it they offered to do it AND charge me. Not concluded yet. I am hoping they decide to make things right.

"We appreciate the feedback and have tried to resolve the issue. The client picked out exact layout of the slab and seam placement. With a minimal amount of material to work with and client deciding on-seam location on slab we did not have any say. Seam color is not perfect but without buying an additional book-matched slab there was no way to exactly match color and flow."

New granite tops, backsplash and farm sink looks great!!! I worked with Carissa. She is very personable and professional. Chuck one of the owners did an exacellent job along with his team installing my farm sink. Chuck also repaired my cabinet. Haris he installed my tile backsplash , not only is it beautiful, I received many compliments. I know for my next project (bathroom tops) I will call Performance Stoneworks. I highly recommend their work, talk about excellent customer service.

Inexperience workmanship and poor customer service from the owner. Had to teach them how to install a rectangular vessel sink which they adamantly suggested that they was correct. Drilled the hole in the wrong spot and sold me the wrong popup drain for a sink with a overflow.The workers agreed and apologized but the owner was to prideful to say sorry for his mistake and inexperience for the products he is selling.

"The customer bought the sink and countertop from us to install himself. We did not advise him on how to install the sink. We did furnish the wrong popup but we replaced it with the correct one. When customers purchase cash and carry countertop and sink, it is the responsibility of the customer to know how to install the product, we did not furnish installation."
