Perfect Inc does a great job maintaining our irrigation system. We use Tom for both the Spring and the Fall Irrigation maintenance. He ensures that our irrigation system is in tip top shape, and also makes sure our lawn is watered evenly. Tom has to enter our home to access the water, and he always takes his shoes off so he doesn't track in dirt or mud.

They turn it on and turn it off every year. They service it when we have problems but we have not had a lot of problems. They also take care of the backflow. They have given us very quick service and they have been very dependable. We have been using them since we moved into the house fourteen years ago and we have never had problems. We have also used them in July 2011.

Had a slow start getting an install date, but once our schedules aligned the system went in quickly and worked flawlessly.

Tom checks all of the sprinkler heads and notifies me if there are any problems. He always arrives when he saye he will and responds quickly if I have a problem. I highly recommend this company.

I think that they were reasonably priced compared to other companies. They were on time and prompt. They cleaned up well after themselves. They did the exact work I asked them to do at the price they originally quoted. I would hire them again.
