Perfect Aim Painting, LLC

We hired Perfect Aim Painting earlier this summer and received an incomplete job, lesson learned. Jay was quick on the quote and seemed to be professional and honest. When it came time for his team to show up, they were late (this was a pattern), with notification. At times I had to send a reminder asking if the guys would be on time, to which the reply was "yea sorry, forgot to tell you they will be late." Regardless, we were quoted a two day job on Sunday, (we have a four car tandem garage) and his crew worked through midnight on that Friday night. The job should've been finished on Tuesday but Perfect Aim brought in a couple of teenagers to work on our garage and they made a mess. I had worked to centralize all of my equipment in the middle of the garage so that they could hit the ground running. Jay's crew had spent time covering my equipment when they first showed up on Monday but the teenagers, in the time that they were there, had uncovered all of it and spread drywall mud everywhere. They also destroyed some of my items. This decision by Perfect Aim set their original quote back to Friday. I was patient. I was polite until they "finished", midnight Friday. Two days later a vertical seam and a ceiling seam started to separate and I alerted Jay. His guys came out and fixed it in the following days. They repaired the joints and a month had passed. Early July rolled around and another, separate ceiling seam began to bubble and crack. I alerted Jay and he said his "drywall guy would be out as soon as possible." As soon as possible fell on a day when I was traveling for work and, according to his "drywall guy", the ceiling panels were not installed properly. Jay was notified by his "drywall guy" that the ceiling was installed incorrectly at the time of quote. Jay made no mention of any issues before I hired Perfect Aim. I requested the "drywall guy's" contact information, when I received the conflicting stories, to which Jay never provided...after multiple requests via text. He only stated that Perfect Aim is not responsible for the original construction quality of our ceiling. So, who do I believe? I payed for a service and received an incomplete product because two Perfect Aim employees pointed fingers (one of which is a "partner") at each other, trying to assign blame. Would you hire these guys?

Excels in attention to detail, even with my high ceilings! Cleaned up after themselves and were very careful to cover all furnishings. Very flexible with my schedule and arrived on time every time. Felt comfortable with them around and just felt like they really strive to please.

They are very professional, easy to get a hold of and will work with your schedule. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and very neatly.

Perfect Aim was very professional. They showed up on time and did a great job in the rooms. They cleaned up great afterwards and it was very affordable. I would defiantly recommend hiring and would use again in the future.
