Perdue maintained an older system for several years. Replaced the system in 2021. They are now performing annual checkups on the new system.

They arrived on time the morning after I called. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly. A shot of coolant was all it took. My AC now works great.

I cannot recommend this company (Perdue heating/Swift Air). The installation of new HVAC system resulted in my garage being colder than home in summer and warmer than home in winter. There is also air leaking from HVAC unit into closet (as well as garage) above HVAC that’s in garage. They have a lot of turnover and have not fixed problem after numerous visits. I also have a lot more dust in house now because filter cabinet they made has lots of gaps around filter. I bought extra large filter (5” deep instead of 1”) to help my blind mom’s terrible allergies. Don’t pay in full until you make sure your unit works! Or better yet, find a company who stands behind their work. This has been a Nightmare. Whole house Dehumidifier I purchased from them doesn’t work correctly either ( dampers always closed lower level). I just don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I have and still no resolution. Two field managers promised fixes, then were gone from company within a week (before fixes they promised could be done). . How does that happen twice? Field techs are nice, but don’t seem to understand the ins and outs of zoning plus whole house dehumidifier and new technology on units. Good luck.

The technician Dustin was professional, did the job well and in about an hour we had heat and still do. I have never done work with this company before but I will definitely hire again and certainly recommend.

I signed an agreement to have my furnace and AC tuned up and it included discounts for any work that is needed done in the future. The process was easy and they called 30 minutes before arriving which was nice because my Mother In-Law was there waiting while I was at work. Everything went well! They flushed the Water Heater and gave some advice about the build up. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Technician was great. He explained what he was doing and why. I only have a B on price because they charged over $200 for a recharge. This seems high to me but it may be competitive. I did not get competitive pricing. I wanted it done. They got it done immediately and now it works great.

Air conditioner is less than 6 years old and no parts were available!!I was told I had to replace furnace and air conditioner but outside unit was fine.The general manager called it a “black eye” on them that parts were no longer available after less than 6 years.The our side unit was worker on by them 2 years ago.He offered a discount. I called customer service at Trane and they said it would go to a committee- 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard from them ! I got a second opinion and the problem stemmed from the outside unit and it burnt up the hyacinth system,and yes there are no parts for interior unit.Their price was lower than the “discount” offered by Perdue. I would never purchase a Trane product again or use Perdue. Call Mission Mechanical.

"As a company we offered to put in a unit at no charge to get the AC going till this could be worked out with Trane. We did offer a discounted price off of our retail price for a new unit if the unit would need replaced. I have followed up with you on a regular basis as Trane took Perdue out of the conversation and would only work with you. I was calling Trane on this issue with no response as well. Perdue only wanted to do the best for you under the circumstances with Trane and is why we cut our price more than in half if Trane could not fix there issue and install a unit until this could all be worked out. Very well. I have an older house and the HVAC closet is downstairs and tight. They came in and out without issue and even relocating the condensing unit for me. Everything has been great with the system so far.

First time using this company; my 8-year service agreement with a previous company expired this year. The technician was very knowledgeable about the equipment, asked questions about the way the system has been operating as well as my comfort through various seasons. He made notes so that the technician who performs the pre-winter tuneup will have the same information. The price paid is for Spring and Fall visits plus other service features. Very pleased with the technician's knowledge and ability to communicate on my level about the system.
