Penske Honda

It was very good. They did excellent work all the time.

I've hired Penske Honda for all my routine maintenance services and every time they have been on time, checked everything my car needed and if there was a services they didn't find required they would save me the money for it. They nicely fill up my windshield wiper fluid and usually wash my car as well. Their bus/transportation service could be a bit better since it doesn't take me to my office downtown but usually they're done with the service within an hour so I can wait in the waiting room.

I never have anything bad to say about them. They are not doing any upsell

They are very honest and they do not quote any unnecessary repairs.

They took the brakes completely apart and told me that they did not need any work. I really appreciated the honesty. They took the time to explain how the grading of wear on the brakes works, and helped me understand that my brakes were in good shape. They did recommend having the transmission fluid replaced, which I had them do. They were extremely efficient, professional, and trust worthy.

Replaced catalytic converter. Good service. No complaints.

For an oil change you don't need an appointment you just drive in. I wait for it. It doesn't take very long. They do it and you just drive away.

There was no charge. I usually take my car in there for service because they are Honda authorized and they know what they're doing really well. They may charge a little more than the next guy but it's worth it in my opinion. You can usually get in pretty quickly. The waiting area is fine. They have WiFi so I can get a little work done while I am waiting.

Everything goes fine every time I go there. I don't have any issues with them at all. They didn't have the color I needed in stock so they ended up getting me hooked up with a dealer in southern Indiana and I got it from there but I started with Penske.

They couldn't mimic the problem. I will absolutely use them again.

They were so busy that the oil change took 3.5 hours to complete. They were so busy that the service contacts were inundated with people surrounding their desk asking for help. They need more service representatives in order to manage the work load properly.

Very well - took only five days - and you cannot tell anything happened to the car. Super Job!

I just like the fact that they are familiar with the vehicle since it's a vehicle that they make.
