Choosing Pegg to sell our home was one of THE best decision my husband and I made throughout the process of making a large cross country move (and maybe in our entire lives!). If you are on the fence about who to choose to be your realtor just do yourself a HUGE favor and hire Pegg. Let's put it this way. We thought it was going to be easy. Had 3 buyers in two days and of course chose who we all thought was the best.  Pegg took off for a bike trip in Hungary and we all thought it was a done deal. Not to be. The buyer played some "games" in the last ten days. Pegg was gone and we were definitely stressed out despite the fact she had good people covering for her. The day before closing she landed at the airport at 12:30 after a delay, and by 4:30 she had solved the problem. We had the original full-price offer and closing in the morning as planned. When I asked her "What happened or what did she do?" Her response was "I got back!". She really is magnificent and knows the territory. We trust her skills, her honesty, her knowledge of the neighborhood and her no-nonsense approach. She works for you with the upmost integrity. Perhaps she is the only realtor in our history that has represented us.

Pegg Kennedy of F. C. Tucker is a real professional. She's knowledgeable, personable, prompt and innovative.  She made a great brochure booklet about my home, which potential buyers could take.  I had one offer that fell through, and she got a 2nd offer for more money than the first offer.  Her husband, Mike, is also a Tucker realtor...they' re a team. When Pegg was not available, Mike was always there.  I would highly recommend Pegg and/or Mike.

Pegg was with us all the way from the time that we signed to contract with her in December until the house was listed in the middle of March.  She gave  use excellent advice about the preparation of the house so that it would sell quickly. She relieved any
anxiety that we had in leaving our home of 43 years and gave us emotional support as well as her professional services.

From the beginning of the listing, right through to the closing table, Pegg's communication with my sister and me was excellent.  I think that is what sets her apart from most realtors -- she calls to give updates and uses Centralized Showings to give us feedback, so we know what prospective buyers are commenting on.  PLUS, she kept the brochure box filled that she placed in our front yard.  Half of the time, most boxes I see are empty, not indicative of a realtor who is on top of things.  But she is.  Her partner/husband Mike makes the rounds on Friday.  ALSO, she keeps an eye on other listings that come on the market within the subdivision, and let us know when other homes had price changes.  No one knows when she sleeps.  She seems to work around the clock, judging from the time stamp of the emails we received.  ONE OTHER THING:  Pegg does open houses.  A lot of realtors will try to talk you out of having open houses because they are lazy and don't want to bother doing them.  But Pegg does.  She delivers.  NOTE:  If pegg can't sell your home, probably no one else can either.  Listen to her -- her market research is excellent and she will give you good advice which should be followed.  She has been selling real estate over 20 years, and knows the ins and outs of what can (and often will) go wrong and attempts to steer you in the right direction.  A+++
