Pebble Point Apartments

I've rented from several apartment complex's and this complex was by far the best I have ever lived in. When I signed my lease, they were providing washer and dryers in the townhouse as well with your choice in color of an accent wall painted. I also rented a carport for 15$ monthly. The parking is not the greatest, which is why I rented the carport. The floor plans are very spacious and the apartments are in good condition even though the appliances and counters are mostly outdated. They are conveniently located right near the interstate and that has always been important to me. Everything is close by between Speedway, 38th street, Plainfield, and Avon. The office staff seems to change a lot, but they are all pretty nice and keep a good handle on things. The only troubles I ever had, like with all rentals, is when something goes wrong, it might take a while to get maintenance out to the place, even with the emergency line. When I moved into the apartment on a very hot July, the A/C unit wasn't even working. It took them about 24 hours to get that going, but I never had any problems with it after that. Overall, I had a very great experience while living at Pebble Point.
