Excellent

Not good. I took my PC there and asked them to see what was wrong with it, since the operating system could not be found. They took it and said they would look at it. I said fine. There was no mention of any charges at this time. They called me the next day and told me the hard drive was damaged. I said that is fine, it is under warranty. They said for them to run the warranty service with Sony it would be $100.00!!! I said no, but they said they could put in hard drive they had in stock (it was only 120G, and my laptop had a 160G originally) that they could install for $85. I asked about installing the OS and they said that would be $139. So for $225 I could get a warranty laptop fixed with a lesser hard drive. I said no and went to pick it up. When i picked up the laptop, i was hit with the $60 "Diagnostic fee" I paid it, and will never go back to them.

Overall they were on time and knowledgeable and we would use them again. The fellow that did most of the work, his name is Chris, and he was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job.

They were reasonable were timely, and nice as well.

I took my hard drive in on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. They had to reload Windows. I was told of the how much it would cost for them to look at it and then fix it. There were no surprises. My computer works likes new.

I have used PC Housecalls in the past for my PC at home. Jack fixed it and replaced the hard drive. He was able to save all of my picture and documents! He said it would definitely get me through the upcoming year. Well here it is a year and a half later and guess what...It's still working as if it was new! When two of our computers at our office went sour, I knew who to call! We took them into PC Housecalls, told them the problem and then one (1) day later, they were ready to go! LIKE NEW!!! They did a fantastic job! On a Saturday morning I called them hoping they could make a house call for my PC that suddenly died. He troubleshot over the phone and suggested I bring the PC into their shop as it sounded like something they could do in house and save me a lot of money and time. My husband took in the PC and they were able to fix it in a matter of 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon! Kudos to them!

For the housecall, Steve called first and then showed up right on time. Made certain we knew various costs right up front, played no bait and switch games. Has been extremely helpful with getting used to the new computer. All involved were very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be happy to deal with them again if the need arises and would recommend them to others.

PUNCTUAL AND GOOD PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPETITORS. GREG WAS POLITE AND EXPLAINED WORK TO ME.

THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND SUPPORTIVE AS WE ATTEMPTED TO ORDER A NEW COMPUTER. THEY SPENT EXTENSIVE TIME WITH US REVIEWING POSSIBLE OPTIONS AND FEATURES FOR OUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. THAT WAS EVEN BEFORE WE AGREED TO USE THEM TO DO THE SET UP ONCE IT WAS ORDERED AND ARRIVED. WE ARE GRATEFUL THAT THEY WERE SO HELPFUL, EVEN WHEN THERE WAS POTENTIALLY NOTHING FOR THEM TO GAIN. WE WILL USE THEM FOR ALL OUR NEEDS GOING FORWARD.

VERY FAST, VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY TRANSFERRED FILES TO CD. THEY CHARGED ME 1/2 HR. DIAGNOSTIC FEE. ($ 67.50 FOR DATA AND $32.50 FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC). THEY GAVE ME ADVICE TOO.

VERY RESPONSIVE AND THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO GET US UP AND RUNNING. STEVE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. WOULD RECOMMEND PC HOUSECALLS HIGHLY.

EXCELLENT AND TIMELY SERVICE. ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, BOTH ON THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU GO INTO THE SHOP. HAVE USED SERVICE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

I HAVE USED SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPUTER IN HOME SERVICES, THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE BEST. WOULD RECOMMEND WITH HIGHEST CONFIDENCE.

POLITE AND REPAIR DIAGNOSIS WAS ACCEPTABLE, BUT I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY LOST MY ORIGINAL HARD DRIVE.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, PLEASANT AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. WE WILL USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND DETERMINING SERVICE NEEDS. REASONABLE PRICES AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.
