These folks do a great job and putting on our event would be much more difficult without them.

It was a wonderful experience! Our order was delivered and installed professionally and on time. Everything we ordered was clean and in good repair, and when the party was over, they arrived on time to pick up their equipment. We had more than 100 guests that day, and it was a relief not to have to worry about anything Party Time Rentals provided. We will definitely hire them for our next party!

I first called Party Time Rentals after getting told by other rental companies that they would not rent tent walls alone -- only the entire tent. My Christmas party had grown and I needed to extend my living space. Party Time's website indicated that they rented tent walls alone. There was a little confusion at first when explaining that my intention was to enclose our attached screened porch on the three screened sides from top to bottom. My plan was to open the french doors and put a couple of heaters out there and let people mingle. For such a small ($60) order, they bent over backward trying to make suggestions and help. Lisa was outstanding. She found the size wall I needed by repurposing a special order wall that they had in stock. She told me how to hang the support rope, attach the wall etc. The length they had was longer than needed so she suggested how I could fold it back and anchor it to keep the draft out. I was so impressed that they took the time with me that they did considering the size of my order. All I can say is WOW!

Online ordering for the products went very well. They have an easy to use online catalogue and Angie was very responsive to emails. It was so nice to arrange everything by email! 
The day before delivery I called to verify that the chairs had covers on the feet as I was using them indoors. I was told by Kim that they would have feet but the tables wouldn't. I had felt pads to use on the tables so that would be fine, and I understood that the chairs would have spots/stains. I was given a delivery window of 11-3. At 3:40 pm I called and was told they were just a few minutes away. At 4:40 pm I received a phone call from the delivery driver that they were close by. Finally at 5 pm the tables, chairs, and table cloths were delivered.
I didn't speak to the delivery guys (my husband did) but went out the garage after they were delivered and noticed that about half of the chairs did not have feet on them. I called and spoke to Angie and she said she would personally make sure that new chairs were delivered in time for our party the next day and they would try to get them that night.
The new chairs were never delivered. I called 10 times on Saturday and left multiple messages. Apparently they were closed (although their VM said that they were with a customer and to leave a message and they would call back soon) and I should have called an after hours number, but I was never given that number. A neighbor went out and purchased 82 new feet for the chairs at the cost of $50 and spent hours replacing the feet.
On Monday, I waited for a phone call from my weekend messages and for a call for when they would be picking up the items. At 11 am I had received neither so I placed a call to Angie. She was shocked to hear about my experience. When she left on Friday she was told by the Operations Manager that they would be delivered, and the manager apparently got busy and forgot about it. She said she had asked a manager to call me about the situation. I then discovered that the pick up guys had came to the house, entered our garage without permission, and picked up most (but not all) of the order. I was very surprised that a company would enter someone's garage without notifying the homeowner.
I showed up at Party Time on Monday and asked for a refund. I was told they would give me a refund for the cost of the chairs but nothing else. I explained that I was not satisifed with this and asked for a full refund of my rental and $50 to reimburse me for the cost of the new feet. I applaud Angie, the sales associate, for her wanting to fix the issue and make it right for us. However, the owner of the company was rude, dismissive and unapologetic on the phone. She said that no matter what she would not refund the delivery charge because they do not guarantee delivery at specific times even though I was given a window. They also said they would not refund the feet unless I provided them with original receipt and they would not accept a copy. As our conversation escalated she agreed to different amounts of refund but never to the full cost of the order plus the feet which is what I asked for. Had the delivery of the items been timely and had I not spent hours making improvements to their chairs and trying to track down someone from the company I would have been happy with a partial refund, but I felt that since so many parts of the order were messed up, they were not responsive, and we spent hours making improvements to their chairs that I deserved a full refund.
 
I left without resolution and filed a dispute with Discover. I then received a call from the Company saying they would give me a cash refund for $200 (a refund of the order, the feet I purcahsed, but less $50 of the $75 delivery fee). I asked for a credit card refund and they said that wasn't possible. Currently they are looking into the situation and I hope to receive a credit card refund of $250.

Everything went well. The material was delivered on time and all the tables and chairs were in good working condition. They brought a truck with two guys. The guys were quick to load and unload all the material and did not cause any disturbance in our office. My only complaint is that the tables were not picked up the next day, which was a Fri. so they set in our office over the weekend until they were picked up on Mon. It was not a big deal on my end because our office had the space, but it could have been an issue in a smaller building.

We worked with Angie Willmer. She did a fantastic job and gave us event suggestions. I could not ask for anyone better. She listened and was understanding and responsive. We were able to take care of everything over the phone. All in all a great experience.

I thought they did a good job. They were reasonably priced. Overall, we were happy with them, however, we thought some of their things were a little worn but it wasn't bad.

The tables were in disrepair and we were given 8 top tables instead of 10 top. The party turned out fine with our event despite the error but we will likely explore more options in the future.

I picked up the space walk on a Friday afternoon and noticed that it took a fork truck to load the uninflated space walk into our minivan. My wife had asked two representatives from the company if the space walk would fit in our van. It did fit, unfortunately they never shared with her how heavy the item was to lift and move around. I got the space walk home and my wife and I struggled to get it out of the van. The following day I did manage to get the space walk in position and it inflated with no problems and worked great for the party and the kids loved it. We realized the following day that there was no way we could lift the spacewalk into the minivan, so my wife called the emergency number of the company and said she would like to have it picked up the following day. They told her to call back the following morning and that we would be charged $25 to pick it up. After 2 hours of calling the following morning, the company answered the phone and noted that yes they could schedule the space walk to be picked up, but that they would charge us $50 for the late notice. We ended up being charged $58. My wife complained that morning that someone should have told us how heavy the space walk was so they could have determined if it needed to be delivered and set up instead of unknowingly picking it up and dealing with the after effect of it being so heavy. The company representative noted that someone should have told us how heavy it was when we first inquired and during our subsequent inquiry. Overall, the product was good and it worked great. I just wished that someone had been more upfront with us in the beginning about the weight of the space walk.

The staff was helpful with determining what would be needed to accommodate my guests. The delivery was punctual and the set-up was nicely done. All of the items were in good shape and not overly worn. The staff arrived on time and as promised to disassemble the tent and pick up the rented items.

It was an easy transaction. We setup the rental online (on their website), and they called to confirm within hours. They delivered, setup, and picked up. It was a great party unit and a lot of fun!

THEY LOADED THE TABLES IN MY VAN--VERY CONVENIENT. THEY ALSO UNLOADED THE TABLES WHEN I RETURNED THEM. VERY CONVENIENT. PRICE VERY REASONABLE.

INITIAL PHONE CALL TO THIS COMPANY WAS READILY ANSWERED, HOWEVER, ON 2 FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO THEM I WAS ON HOLD AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EACH BEFORE EVER SPEAKING TO AN ACTUAL PERSON. I DREADED HAVING TO MAKE THE 2ND CALL BACK FEARING I WOULD HAVE TO HOLD AGAIN, WHICH I DID. THIS IS INDICATED IN MY GRADE FOR RESPONSIVENESS. CHAIRS & TABLES SEEMED A BIT TATTERED AND WORN, BUT THEY WORKED. THEIR CHARGE TO DELIVER SEEMED HIGH.

I WORKED WITH CARRIE O'BRIEN TO FIGURE OUT WHAT SIZE TENT I WOULD NEED. SHE SHOWED ME MY OPTIONS AT THE SHOWROOM AND PLACED MY ORDER ON THE SPOT. ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY, THE EMPLOYEES ARRIVED IN THE MORNING AND SET EVERYTHING UP AND DELIVERED THE FRESH LINENS. THE DAY AFTER THE PARTY, THE EMPLOYEES CAME BACK TO TAKE EVERYTHING DOWN AND LOAD IT ALL ONTO THEIR TRUCK. THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND HAS A GREAT SELECTION OF EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED TO THROW A PARTY. THEIR SHOWROOM IS GREAT AS WELL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY SHOWED UP VERY LATE IN THE DAY FOR DELIVERY AND PICKUP. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CANOPY ON THE TRUCK AND RETURNED IN THE EVENING FOR SETUP. THE CREW WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED MORE FLEXIBILITY IN TERMS OF TIME FOR DELIVERY AND PICKUP FOR THE PRICES CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE.

DELIVERED EVERYTHING ON TIME. REASONABLE PRICE. GAVE THEM AN EMERGENCY NUMBER SO THAT WHEN THEY DISCOVERED MISSING FORKS THEY COULD BE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY.

THEY TRIED TO DELIVER TOO EARLY AND PICK UP TOO EARLY IN THE MORNING, NO ONE WAS THERE. TWO NOTICEABLE SPOTS. DIDNT TELL RECEPTION HALL TO RETURN HANGERS, MEMBER HAD TO MAKE TRIPS TO RETURN OR PAY. NOT CRISP.

DISPUTED CLEANING CHARGES WERE ADDED TO MEMBERS CREDIT CARD BILL WITHOUT MEMBERS KNOWLEDGE.
