It did not turn out well. They are not as good as they say they are. He did not have a good attitude either.

They were horrible. Did not speak english. Cut grass way too fast and damaged the lawn. No results from treatments or seeding.

I had to call and remind Par5 in 2010 that they were supposed to reseed my yard as it was November and I had not heard from them. They did a good job with the seeding, so I paid them for that service and pre-paid for 2011 services. In 2011, they treated my yard and there were no issues. I didn't really think the lawn looked out of the ordinary, so I decided I would do my own treatments this year (2012).
I arrived home yesterday to find that my yard had been treated even though I had not ordered service for this year. Since it was after hours, I left a message letting them know of the error. I received a message today that it was their policy
to continue treaments until I officially cancelled them. When I returned the call and spoke to Andrea, I was completely shocked by the way I was treated and will definitley never use Par5 again. I am not sure why a lawn care service thinks they can charge you in perpetuity, in absence of a written agreement, unless you formally cancel - but you would at least think they would be reasonable when you call to tell them that you did not want service! Instead, I was told in a very snotty tone that "it's only $32" and that I should just pay it. When I objected to paying for a service that I did not order, I was told that the next time I ordered lawn care I should consider them "like a utility company" . I don't want to offend any other lawn care companies, but until my toilet won't flush or I can't refrigerate my food without you - you are not "like a utility company"
She ended up telling me should would credit my account, but when i asked if they could mail a revised invoice or some sort of receipt for the transaction I was told "they don't do that". Huh?
I have used Scott's before and wasn't that thrilled with the results, but never had a problem with them showing up the following year without a service agreement or treating me like Par5 did. Go elsewhere.

They were so bad that they would not even call, (even though they committed to doing so), to say that they could not make the target completion dates that they shared with us.

Our lawn was drought damaged so we called to get an estimate. Par 5 was much lower and faster with the quote. they come when they said & our lawn looks great.

I was on a plan w/them and witnessed such amazing techniques such as spraying for weeds while it was raining outside, not contacting me per my request to perform fall seeding and I missed my seeding window, not responding to written correspondence to them about my disatisfaction and then performing services after I notified them in writing to stop. There are 100 other companies who want your business worse than this group. I am highly disappointed. My new vendor just completed a season and has proven that I was working with a minor league company in comparison.

I don't have anything bad or good to say about their work. They are very responsive though, and come when they need to.

I did not think that they did a good job, so I dropped them recently. The lawn didn't look as good as it used to. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of their work within the past year.

Everything has gone very well. When they first came out after a couple weeks I had a complaint, and they rectified it right away. They have been super since. They cut my third acre lot, and the price they charge is appropriate. I have been happy and will continue to use them.

Everything came out pretty well. We were desperate to get our lawn back to looking good, and he did a fine job.

I have been very happy with their knowledge and willingness to explain things to be. They are always willing to answer my questions. I like that before my dog passed away they were always willing to call me before hand so that he would not be on the lawn. They have other services that they offer for an additional price as well as lump packages. They have competitive prices and they have only gone up a little bit with the gas price fluctuations.

They are good. They are timely and reasonable. They are ere when they said they are going to be and haven’t raised their prices in 3 years and they do a good job. The same guy comes every week, so he must treat his employees well. They don’t have papers’, but they are good and represent their company. Sometimes there is some extra work that needs to be done and they charge a little extra for that.
