Troy and his associate were very courteous and professional. Upon initial contact, he was very prompt in returning my call and scheduling time to come out and take a look at our pool. He fixed the few places where the liner had come out of the track. And, since we recently moved into the home, this was our first pool and everything was new to us, he took the time to explain how the system works and what we should do. He even reviewed the chemicals with us demonstrated how to backwash the system. He was very helpful in answering our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable in knowing that he would be able to assist us with any future pool needs. Troy knows his business and is the type of individual you want to have working on or maintaining your pool and system. I would highly recommend Palisades Pool Service for any type of pool maintenance or service.

The owner of PPS were at my house on time and did more than I expected.. The owner came with one helper and them did the work that other companies used too do with 4 or 5 men. PPS has a motto that they treat your pool as if were their own. Mosr surpriisingly was the fact that unlike other companies they don't jack up the prices for their quality service. I would reccommend PPS o anyone who has a pool.

I called Troy because I thought my pool drain was clogged. He came out that same day, looked at my system. He found the drain was not clogged, I just had a few things set up wrong. (I recently bought a house with a pool so I'm a total newbie). He checked everything then took the time to give me a lot of detailed and very useful advice about taking care of my pool. I've already put some of his tips to use, and they've worked great! On top of all that, he refused to take any money from me! I have definitely found my new pool service. Thanks so much Troy!

He does a great job. He is very timely in getting here when we request and knows kind of what we need. He is very good price-wise. He is reasonable for what he is doing. He is always really honest about the work he is going to do and gives us options. He completes the work in a timely manner.

We have used Troy for many years. This year we had to replace the concrete on one side of the pool. Troy worked with our concrete company to insure that the new concrete was done properly. Once the old concrete was removed, the pool moved slightly. He secured it back in place and then made sure that all metal parts were properly grounded. He instructed the contractor on how to properly pour the concrete so that the inlaid track cover would be level. He is knowledgeable and professional - a pleasure to work with.

I was having trouble finding someone on Angie's List to repair a Whirlpool Tub in a house we are selling. Talked to Ryan at Angie's List and he sent me Troy's information this morning. Was able to easily reach Troy and explained the issue we were having. Troy was willing and able to come out this evening and take a look at the tub. He was able to fix it quickly and cleaned up after himself. We are very appreciative of his willingness to help us on such short notice at such a reasonable cost. Thanks Troy!

It was great. He is dependable, when he says he is going to do something he does it. He has worked on our pool for 10 years and has 20 years experience on pools. He also has fair prices. When he opened our pool in the spring he fixed our pool heater so we did not have to get a new one.
