Great. We have used the Overhead Door company for many years. Always great customer service. Because of the busy work load they had and being short staffed they sent out James the manager to do the service call. It truly was a tough install as the garage is over 100 years old. He had a great attitude and charged me only what was quoted even though it took longer and required additional parts. Way to go James! Thanks.

The service technician, Nate W. was the service person that came. He was very knowledgeable and professional. When I made the appointment on 6/24, I was given a 4 hour window, and the dispatcher called me 30 minutes prior to the service call which is always very helpful. Nate W. was able to answer a couple of questions that I had. My garage door is much quieter. I really appreciate his service. Everyone at Overhead Door that I dealt with from the time I scheduled the appointment to the service technician were courteous and helpful.

I spoke with Rachel in scheduling, who explained some possible reasons for the door issue I was having. When I asked about discounts, Rachel mentioned the $20 off coupon in ValPak. I also mentioned how much I had appreciated Eric, who came out to my home in the early 2000’s and still works with Overhead Door in the Parts Department. I have been with Overhead Door Company of Indianapolis, Inc., for nearly 20 years. Reliable, honest, and fair, they are the one company I call whenever I have a garage door issue. Rachel scheduled me with the perfect technician, Craig, for the first appointment on Tuesday morning. What a team endeavor! Eric had trained Craig, who now has the experience, problem-solving skills, and great people skills like Eric. From my describing the door issue and through his inspection, Craig immediately realized the key pad was bad. Craig programmed and installed a new key pad, did the 18-point inspection, and showed me how to spray every 6 months both the hinges and the metal by the rollers with a Teflon lubricant spray. The door now works perfectly! I cannot speak highly enough of this great company team—great scheduling staff and great technicians!

I contacted this company for annual tuneup on my garage door. When I called the company, they were able to schedule the next day. I was contacted 30 minutes prior to service which was very helpful. The service tech, JD was excellent. I have used this company before, and I received a letter in November or December reminding me that it was time for the annual service. The company honored the price quoted in the letter. I submitted the letter to technician at time of service. Great service!

Called the answering service, Ross Weaver called back within a few minutes and was here within the hour. A roller had jumped the track and a cable had come off. He fixed it in an hour and was very personable, professional and efficient. He also oiled all the moving parts. It cost an extra $70 to come out on Sun., but it was worth my peace of mind not to go to bed with the garage door open enough for someone to crawl under.

The product is VERY high quality, a little more as far as price, but well worth the feeling of security in these doors. Jim who installed my doors was PHENOMENAL!!! He called en route, was on time, was very friendly and courteous, and just went the extra mile! Everything was done perfect and he even helped replace my doorbell!

They repaired a spring for the garage door. They were fine. Nothing stood out to me, they are just the company that installed the door when the house was built, so I stuck with them. I think they are expensive.

The repair man was here before 11:00. He realigned the door and told me what lubricant to use. He tightened all of the bolts and made sure that the door was working correctly. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He quickly realized that one problem that I was experiencing was caused by a leaf hanging on a spiderweb that broke the beam causing the door to raise - duh. He did not laugh and say "you stupid jerk" which was what I felt.

They did a good job. I was so impressed with the worker that I wrote a letter of praise to the workers boss. It was the inside sales guy that came out. He went above and beyond.

Joel Eberman was the service tech that came out. He was just fantastic. He didn't mind that I observed him doing the work and asked questions. He was very patient and kind. Now my garage door is stable again. Joel also showed me how to do a little maintenance myself. Joel was exceptional. Any lubricant was wiped and cleaned. I have used and would use Overhead Door Co of Indianapolis & Muncie again and recommend their service.

They did an adjustment to the springs. I called them and got an appointment, they came and did the work. It's worked ever since.

Jay contacted me right after getting my call to get my garage door opener installed. He called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He did an excellent job removing the old garage door opener and installing the new one. He even set up the link in my Honda. He was very quick and professional. I have bought a garage door and have them do maintenance on my garage door. I have always been satisfied with this Overhead Door Indianapolis and Muncie. I will continue to use them.

Called for garage door maintenance and got service the next day. Repairman showed up promptly after calling to say he was on the way. He found that the garage door opener sensors were loose and out of alignment. That's why the garage door wouldn't close. He did the maintenance on the garage door and it is quieter than it has been since we had it installed.

Great staff, from the office to the service and install. Nothing went wrong, which is what should happen but rarely does these days. They made it easy and painless.
