Orkin Pest Control

I have always used them. They are very good, Byran is excellent, he is my representative. In the scheme of having large companies of doing pest control they are very good. My person, Byran is very good at what he does.

I used to bring them out every month but now they come in April, June, August and October. I guess I want all the prices to stay the same even after 40 years but we do. I'll use them until I'm gone. Normally, it's one person and the same person comes out unless she's on vacation. It takes about 40 minutes. They have a thing on their back for the spray so there's really nothing out there that they leave behind. She's got a brush so if there are cobwebs on my porch she will knock them down. It went fine. Sometimes she calls me and if I don't answer the phone, she will go ahead and do the job. If I need to talk to them I will go to the door but otherwise they go ahead and do the job. She will then send me an email with the bill. They always knock on the door but you don't have to be here.

I've been using them for 30 years. They are a good company. If they come out and spray and I see something later they come right out and spray again. They do a good job. They used to come in and spray the inside and out every time they come. I learned if you do the out you won't have any in the inside. I haven't had any problems with things inside in a long time. Normally they are doing the outside. The price used to be lower, but they went up some. They've been coming 30 to 40 years. The price is fine. Normally one person comes to complete the service. It takes 30 to 40 minutes. Sometimes I'm not even here. They always email your ticket. Sometimes I'm here and sometimes I'm not. They've been coming out a long time. They come out here and do a good job spraying. If I have a problem they will come back in here for free. One summer I was having a problem with bees that were swarming in my yard. They came out and took care of that. They have the times they come and spray, but if you need them again they will come back out and take care of you.

Went alright. Found a few dead mice. They had to come back after the second time to deal with ants, but have not seen any since.

He was very thorough, considerate, helpful and returned to deliver more sticky boards. What I liked best was he was available by his cell phone number and responded quickly whenever I called for service.

This is only the second time in six years we've had to have Orkin spray for ants. We get tiny black ants in our kitchen, but thankfully not often. We have them come out and do a one time application. Always punctual and professional. And obviously their product works. Would recommend this company to anyone needing pest control.

Earlier in year provider took care of interior insect infestation.  Exterior services are now performed bi-weekly. 
No problems since.  Serviceman is polite and professional.

They came right out and inspected. Found termites, set an appointment. Came at the3 approved time and completed the job.

They are thorough and if they come one day and there is still pests they will come the next day. Their employees are courteous and on time. They are just a great company.

I started a contract with Orkin in 2013 for 3 treatments.  They treated for an ant problem and for carpenter bees around my home. I told them at the end of my contract I did not want to automatically continue treamtents with them so that I could have time to assess whether their treatments were effective.  In February of 2014 they showed up to my home and treated anyways, leaving a bill on the door.  I informed Orkin I would not be paying their bill as I had already told them I did not want to continue.  In April I noticed that the carpenter bees were back again and asked Orkin to come spray one more time.  They recommended they do 2 treatments so they could properly kill the larve too and I agreed.  They have one more treatment to do, so we'll see then if they've been effective.  The last time they were here they left muddy foot prints all over my deck that my wife had to clean up after they left.  I'm not sure yet if I'll continue to use them in the future.

They did a fantastic job.  If I have any problems they will come back free of charge.  They never complain.  The service tech is very nice and professional.  He always does the job right.
