Out of 4 estimates, they offered the best price and the quality of the work was GREAT!

We were very pleased with their work. We did have a small problem with the work on our front door. The door itself was very well done, but they did not paint the trim on and around it. I called & spoke to Emilie and they promptly came back & finished the work. The painters were prompt & courteous. They finished a large job in only one day. They even helped me re-hang my curtains. I would hire them again.

Hired to do exterior trim wood repairs and exterior painting. Was late in the year with cold weather conditions reducing opportunity to complete work. They did a great job al around. Large amount of exterior wood trim repair was completed with high quality in less than a single day. Whole house power washed soon after. Break in weather and willing crew allowed house painting to be completed on a Sunday. A Sunday! Our home was overdue for this work and it looks great. Only reason for 4.5 on quality of work was one small section of trim on roof eave that wasn't painted, and damage to a flowering bush, and a small disconnect on the scope of work. They will be back to deal with the roof eave in the Spring. Very, very pleased with all of my contacts with them and with the result. They really came through for us, and were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and professional.

They were a little slow (2 weeks) to get back with me to schedule the work after I paid the deposit. But they were professional, the workers were polite, and the job was well done. I had a couple of complaints and they promptly came back and took care of them. One thing they could have done better: the job was interrupted by several days of rain. They anticipated this and told me they would return in 3 days. But they left the service door to the garage half painted and taped up and the paper they left was a bit of a mess until they returned three days later. If they would have just stayed a bit longer that evening and prepared the area for 3 days of rain and finished the door, that would have been much better. Overall I was pleased with the work and would hire them again next time!

The work was completed on time, the rooms look great and the service was excellent.

The whole process was easy, the job was done quickly and professionally, and the price was definitely worth it. The quote process gave me several options (walls only, plus ceiling and baseboards, plus closets) and I chose the walls, ceilings and baseboards. I got on the schedule within 2 weeks and the job was done in a few days. I had a project manager that walked through before and after to ensure satisfaction, and the very few things I saw they corrected immediately. The house looks great, I’m very pleased. I’ll definitey use paintco in the future to do my exterior painting.
