Dave and Mark could not have been nicer! They couldn't come out until the end of the day because they had appointments, but hearing my situation, they showed up about 6:00 and located the problem and fixed it by about 7:30 pm. They were very professional and also very nice and respectful. I was delighted that they found and had on the truck, the part they needed, even on the older unit I have. Everything was great and they left me with a working A/C! Super job!! Customer service is everything, and these guys nailed it!

Great. They had a cancellation, so service was perfomed on the same day I purchased the deal. The technician, Mark, was on time, courteous, and willing to share some pointers as he went through the inspection. I was very pleased with the service.

The job went extremely well. Mark was very conscientious about his work. He asked me several times during the job if it was okay to do something. He also made sure that the humidifier was installed securely in place by building brackets that held the equipment firmly in place. He said it would take about 2 hours and sure enough it did. Very satisfied with the work performed.

It went well. Relatively fast. They had to come back to move a drain pipe they installed across the filter door, but they were very responsive to that issue.

Technician arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem we were having and made suggestions on what needed to be done. All work was completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely hire this company again!
