Want to give a great big thank you to salesman Dale Schmaltz and O'Brien Toyota. I contacted Dale about buying a new Toyota Tacoma after little luck finding a decent used truck. Toyota had the best price for a new truck starting at $26,448. By luck, O'Brien was just getting a new shipment in. That's like a needle in a haystack during this time of vehicle shortages. But I was having second thoughts about buying a new vehicle which I have never done before. Schmaltz was extremely patient allowing me time to make a final decision even though the end of the month was looming which was critical to their bottom line. Today, the day before the end of the month I decided against buying it which left them in the lurch. Schmaltz didn't lose his cool and honored his agreement to return my deposit. Both he and the company acted with honor and respect, even though I gave them justifiable reason to respond otherwise. In this market, I hope and assume someone will quickly snap up the truck tomorrow. It's a great deal.

Excellent. I bought my Rav4 from O"Brien three years ago and they have performed service every 5,000 miles. Very easy to work with and reasonably prices. Recommend them highly. Fast, efficient and professional. Just what I need when my car needs service.

During my earlier year visit for oil changes, I had found out I was pushed by the reception ( the guy with beards, I think his name is Nick) to get filters changed earlier than the manufacturer manual suggested 5months earlier. I found out after got home during the follow-up services a different reception guy told me too. The guy with beards has the same person tried to charge me $500 for a new mirror while the service guy i met couple days earlier said it was a pop-up and should be a easy fix; after I said I was not happy would like to talk to manager, a different guy came with a screw driver fixed quickly without a charge. Then last Friday, when I tried to get tires rotation service there, i was told $22 for that, which was normal. Then I told the guy with beards that I got a new license plate from BMV, but the screw of the license plate was rusted, I need someone to unscrew it for me. The guy told me it was $70 to unscrew it. I asked why ? He said that was the price. Fortunately my car sales person Dale came to say hello, I told him the issue. He said he would unscrew it for me, then he asked them to give me new screws for no charge. .. when my car was almost done with rotation, the guy with beards at reception told me there was a nail in the tire, the technician couldn’t fix and I needed a new tire, but they didn’t have the model in stock, I would have to come back on Monday to get a new tire. I saw the nail and said I would like the issue be solved earlier, would like check with Costco first if they had something in stock. Otherwise I would call back to Toyota for appointment on Monday. When I got Costco, paid for a tire, then later the technician there told me he got the nail out and fixed the hole. So I didn’t need a new tire. I am very disappointed with this new service reception guy, I had been to the same dealer for more than 19 years, had bought 4 brand new Toyota and 1 used one from here, with my other Toyota cars/ pickup truck, I had used the same dealer service for total of 7 Toyota cars for 19 years. These are horrible services I had this year. This guy with beards is greedy and not honest.

Excellent. I called earlier in the week and made an appointment. they finished in less than an hour and gave me a free car wash. I have taken this car to them for each of the 5,000 mile interval maintenance check ups and have always been pleased with the work, attitude, professionalism,. etc. I plan to keep taking the car to them as long as we have it.

Excellent. I called in the late morning and ask if I could bring my car in that day. The lady said she had an opening at 1:30. The were real fast and very professional. I'll be back for the 40,000 service in a few months.

Excellent. They finished the job in about 45 minutes and thoroughly reviewed the inspection report. Very professional, efficient and thorough.

I would absolutely recommend them.

They only reason I downgraded them is because they have a couple times they have not had my car ready when it needed to be.

They are great they do a great job. They don't do anything without talking to you about first and telling you where your at. They will tell you like well in about 5000 miles you'll need new brakes. They are really pro active.

They will tell you well in about 5000 miles you're going to need new brakes and your tires have 15000 miles on them so you need to think about new tires. They are proactive. I go there every 10000 miles because I have the synthetic oil and because my car is under warranty so I haven't had anything needed on it.

They are fast and you are in and out. They bring you a chart of what they suggest needs to be repaired on my car. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are very efficient. They have a really nice waiting room and they call you promptly when it is done. They get you out of there pretty fast. They have a good system in place.

The salesman was friendly. The whole process took about 1 ½ to 2 hours.

Very well. 15,000 mile service performed in about 40 minutes. Very professional and very good.

Their very knowledgeable and their always professional. I had an appointment. The waiting area was average. Their cashier is not very customer service oriented. For instance if you have a coupon, their never happy to see a coupon even though they send them out in an email. They get kinda snippy, like how dare you use that. I think they hope you forget they sent the coupon. I always take my car back to the dealer.

OK. They did what was expected.

I was glad to learn I only need an oil change every 10K.

I put a lot of miles on my cars. They are very good, and they are a little on the expensive side. I need to make another appointment and they have the original Toyota parts.
