Truthful and economical service. I went here because the dealership told me my radiator was leaking from the transmission cooler portion into the engine coolant. They wanted $900. NE Auto Repair was asked to look at it. If it truly was leaking and they had to replace radiator it would have been $660. BUT, they said there was no leak as the dealer stated, only a fitting and hose were replaced. SAVED me BIG.

It went well. I was happy with the price being much lower than their competitor, but was upset that they charged $10 for gas. I was pushing E when I dropped the car off and was in almost the exact same spot when I picked it up. I highly doubt they used $10 worth of gas to figure I needed a battery cap! Also, they told me that my car would be ready on Saturday, but no one ever called me. I called them on Monday and whoever answered said they think it'd be ready on Tuesday. Not great with communication apparently, but I haven't had an issue with my car since!

I called to ask if I could drop the car off on Saturday so they could work on it Monday.  They did everything as planned and put new front brakes and rotors on the car.  Only complaint was that they mis-quoted the job (the car needed more expensive parts than originally quoted), but they applied a coupon to make up most of the difference.  Not a big deal to me.  I've used Northeast for the last few years and am happy overall with their service.

I use them fairly regularly. They are inexpensive, they seem to know how to seek out a problem and fix it accurately, and I don't think they have every tried to overcharge me. I am pleased with how they look at things, and how they explain things. I haven't had any problems since they fixed the issue, it is running like a brand new car. I will use them in the future, and I have used them many times.

We could not be happier with Northeast Auto, and the customer service. Keith always takes the time to discuss whats wrong and provides the proper solution. Everything gets done right, promptly, and you know you will not have an issue. I would recommend Northeast to everyone.

I brought my son's 2003 Camry in for an oil change and a 'once-over' to check hoses, belts, etc before he left for school. Everything was fine with the car.

I have taken my family's cars there for work since the early 1990's - 8 different cars over that time. NE Auto has been great to deal with, and has always done the work to my satisfaction. They have also gone above and beyond to get things done several times. They are always professional, quick to communicate issues that they may find, and do a very good job explaining the work needed. The staff has very little turnover, so they get to know the customers, and I know that whoever works on any of my cars will do a great job. I have recommended their work many times without hesitation.

We've used Northeast Auto for years on our 1998 Taurus from simple oil changes to larger repairs such as the fuel pump replacement. Their service is always good and done when promised. I've never felt that they pushed for more than what was needed.

After talking to the lead mechanic, I was satisfied that the installation was necessary and performed professionally.
When the job was completed, the mechanic who actually performed the work explained how the job went and gave me details about certain aspects when I inquired.
The total price seemed to be reasonable for a new Jasper transmission that included a one-year warranty.
I have used this provider many times in the past and will continue to use their services due to the fact that the mechanics have earned my trust and will work with me toprovide good service.

I've had my car evaluated multiple times by this company. They are always fair. They don't and quot;findand quot; things to fix. This past trip I had them evaluate a and quot;rattlingand quot; that was coming from the car and evaluate my belts. They told me I didn't need any new belts and nothing to fix on the rattling issue. Nice to find trustworthy mechanics.

I dropped it off just after 9:00 a.m. and before 11:00 a.m. I had a call that I could pick it up anytime. I was surprised on the quick turnaround since they had vehicles two to three rows deep in their parking lot area, and all bays were full at the time of drop off. They did tell me as I went over on my lunch hour that I was a quick and easy job as they were also waiting on some part deliveries on some of the other vehicles to arrive.

They seemed fairly reasonable and honest. they dont seem to want to more then you ask them to do. They are really helpful. They are very clear, down to earth, and honest. They always call before they do work, they give you the options and if work is needed.

They were great. They were timely. The price was great for what they did. The problem was actually fixed and we haven't had a problem since. They were nice and explained things very well.

They called me within an hour with the repair estimate, and the work was done around noon. I asked them to change my oil, too and that was also done in that time frame. Everything works perfect now.

So far so good with them. They did what they said they would do, for the price they said they would. They are trustworthy.

They are excellent in their prices, their workmanship, their professionalism and their charges. Earl Smith is the owner and Keith is the service manager. They are very accommodating and honest. They are not going to fix things that don't need to be fixed. They tell me if they can't fix something. I provided the parts, which they allowed. Their estimates are very clear. I am taking my truck back down this week to do some more work.

Compressor kit had to be ordered so it was an overnight job. It was ready the next afternoon. I was expecting it to be in the $1000 range so I thought the price was good. I am taking it back in here on the 30th to have them double check the temperature coming out of the vents. It is cool but not what I would describe as being cold.

Too bad is just wasn't the broken brake line. That would have been around $150. When the line broke it also blew out the master cylinder which put us up over the $400 mark once it was all said and done.

Just another place to have the car repaired.
