I’m not sure about the other reviews but my experience was the worse ever. I had a raccoon damage in the attic. I called a company to catch the Raccoon and the suggested Newnam. Mike is responsive and there is no questions about that but they did everysingle thing wrong. The raccoon damage was pretty bad, they charged the insurance 14000 initially and then 18000 they came within one day they took the insulation and they sprayed disinfectant suppose to be and they put new insulation. Without repairing the hole in the attic where the raccoons came from, without making sure No more raccoons and without repairing the ducts. So now I have blowby insulation on an open ducts. I asked about pictures I never recieved them. After I complained about the smell that didn’t go away I went in the attic and there were huge amount of raccoon litters covered by disinfectant and new insulation I called Mike and as usual he stated that he will make it right and he send his crews, they removed part of the new insulation and removed one of the attic floor and huge amount of raccoons litter removed. The smell didn’t go away so I called again and they removed another attic floor and removec another huge amount of old insulation. He told me that they need to clean my ducts in order for the smell to go away. So he sent me Mike Reatz, he was the most unprofessional person that you will ever see. He came first time he couldn’t do the job and he left. Then came again his did some duct works and stated can not attach them as he needs to clean . He came third time, drove his truck over my granite slab infront of the garage and broke it. I said no problem just finish your cleaning. He tried to operate his vaccuum but it was leaking diesel/ gas so he left. I called again and they told me if there is still smell they have to cut my vaulted ceiling drywall. So I told them just remove the old insulation and appropriate anti enzymes . So thru came and removed another attic floor and removed alot of raccoons litters. Anyway They asked me to check their work before they leave I went and check the area around the HVAC system which was full with old insulation, Victor who is the person in charge of cleaning stated that they can not remove the insulation under the ducts as they don’t have access and can not reach it, So I went myself and started removing the old insulation and vaccuming it using their machine. He get annoyed and he pulled the vaccuum from me. I have alot of pictures to share my experience. He wanted to cut the drywall and he insisted. They wanted to charge the insurance more. Any way I was against that and I terminated my wirk with them. I hired another compamy called Attic Green. James is a nice informative person he talk good and his work was good. He removed all the insulation done by Mike. He sprayed chemicals and waited 48 hours and then checked the smell again. He sealed the attic door. He sealed the ductwork. He sent me videos of their work. It is just make u feel they are doing the right things. You may not know but you are giving 5 stars because you don’t know what they did in the attic and noway to check their work. FYI this is regarding new

called Newnam to help with restoration of damage caused my attic by raccoons. Jeff came out promptly and explained the process in detail. He inspected the attic and provided me with a ballpark estimate on the spot. The official written estimate came shortly thereafter and was very detailed, clearly laid out, and in line with the original ballpark estimate. He handled negotiations with my insurance company's adjuster and was able to complete the job within the amount allowed by the insurance company. The crew who completed the work were friendly and efficient. I'm satisfied with the work and feel confident that it was done correctly. If you are particular about your home and having things done correctly with great communication, I would highly recommend this company.

It went very, very well. Newnam Restoration Services was referred to us by Kirk Neuner of Admiral Wildlife Services LLC, who attempted to trap the raccoon(s). The animals had already left, but they left behind feces and damage in the space between the attic ceiling and the roof. Jeff Newnam was on top of the task at each stage of the restoration process, from the initial assessment to the final inspection. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and considerate, as was each worker who came to our home, including Carlos. Jeff worked hard to give us excellent results at a very reasonable cost. And as a final touch, he even let us borrow an ozone machine for several days after the remediation was complete. We are more than happy to give Newnam Restoration Services the highest ratings!

Jeff Newnam handled all of the interface with our homeowner's insurance and all of his employees and sub-contractors, including Carlos & Randy, did a fantastic job! If the need should arise, I would definitely use again! Highly recommend!

I had a mother raccoon with four young ones tear a hole in my roof and move into the attic. This was something I had never dealt with before. I thank my lucky stars for finding Jeff Newnam and Newnam Restoration Services. Jeff walked me through everything that needed to be done. He explained the different levels of costs for me to choose from. He sent a trapper to trap the raccoons. I told the trapper I hadn't heard anything for a few days. As it turned out to my benefit the raccoons were gone. But of course they left a damaged roof, gutter, and feces in the attic that needed to be removed and the attic disinfected. Jeff then had a roofer come and repair the hole in the roof, work on the gutter and replace part of the soffit. Lastly, the attic was cleaned of the feces and was disinfected with an anti-microbial, anti-fungal disinfectant/sanitizer spray. One of the things that I liked was that Jeff personally worked with my insurance company. I can't thank Jeff enough for his professionalism and also his professional crew of Kirk, Will and Carlos. I would most definitely hire Newnam Restoration Services again should I ever have wildlife that wants to live in my attic! Thank you Jeff, Kirk, Will and Carlos!

I got several quotes to remove raccoons and repair the damage that was done. Several companies were in the $2K range, and two were in the $15K range. Clearly they were talking about different levels of service. After looking into the issues we went with one of the $15K companies, and it was Newnam. Their service was top-notch in every way, and I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to others. They even handled all of the insurance work (I didn't even know it was an insurance claim when I started) and did a few things that were not covered by the claim for a small additional charge. At every step their policy is to do the job right and to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. They show up on time, they do what they say they will do, and they follow-up to make sure you're satisfied. You should at least get Newnam to look at your job before you hire anyone else.

Jeff and his team were very professional from beginning to end.  He initially came out and did an inspection and I felt very comfortable with his findings.  The workers were courteous, professional and clean.  At the end of the project they reviewed all of the work before accepting payment.  A very trustworthy company and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Very well. Both Jeff and his team were very professional. They handled the presentation of materials and options with no pressure. The gentlemen who actually did the work under Carlos' supervision did an excellent and efficient job. They were courteous and very qualified. We would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done.

It was great! They took care of everything in a timely manner and working around my schedule. My insurance company said the quote was one of the easiest and most complete quotes they have ever been sent and because of this they approved the entire job without any issues or delays for additional information. Newnam sent out job leader days before the job was to start to get an idea of the job.

Job started on Saturday morning.  All insulation was removed.  Attic was disinfected and a primer was put down.

On Monday the team came back and put in new insulation.

On Wednesday, Newnam returned to go over the job and to make sure we were satisfied

They did an absolutely wonderful job. The repairs were done on time, on budget , and better than original . Also Jeff is a super great guy to work with.

I can't say enough about how happy we were with the whole process. From the beginning til the renovation was finish - our experience was great. Everyone was professional and proud of their work...and so were we.

The size of my attic (3500 sq ft) along with all of the drywall repair, painting, etc is why the cost was so high. In my opinion, I feel the price was very fair. Jeff worked with my insurance company during the whole claims process and made this whole process so much easier than I could have ever hoped for. Juggling all of the subs he had to deal with for this job was impressive. He is the definition of a true professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. While I hope I never have to call upon Jeff again, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future. I initially hired a different company to come out & clean my attic, but ended up having to have Newnam come in right in the middle and take over for the work the other company was unable to complete. I was afraid this could possibly cause even more headaches, but that wasn't the case at all! Talk about a terrific experience!!! I contacted Newnam's and they hit the ground running from day 1! It was very easy to get an appointment with them, and my appointment was scheduled for just a couple of days later! I was on such a tight schedule as a 3rd company was waiting for this part to get done so they could come in, and Newnam's made everything alright again by getting me right back on schedule so there were no more delays! I had just bought a new home, and the attic had been infested with bats & mice. The 1st company had removed the old insulation, but were trying to use inadequate cleaning materials for the sanitization/deodorization. After going around in circle with them for a few weeks, I finally said no more & contacted Newnam's. Not only did they have what I needed, they had the professionalism and promptness too! I explained my situation to Jeff, & about the 3rd company coming out on Monday and needing to get this part done on time. Jeff took it upon himself to come out and take care of things right away so that I could remain on schedule with the following contractors. He worked late on a Friday evening just to make sure that everything would be perfect come Monday morning, and I just can't say "Thank you!" enough!! Save your time & money folks & learn from my experience. Don't bother calling other companies if you need this type of work done. Newnam's not only has all the right tools, they'll also give you that good, old-fashioned, personalized customer service ~ and that's something you just can't beat.

Jeff was very professional. He went up into the attic and looked at the damage first. He examined the entry point where the raccoon got in (gutter and soffit that pulled away due to cold weather weight) and made sure it was securely put back together. He then followed up with his estimate. After I approved his estimate and told him to go ahead with the work, he worked with my insurance agent and tenant without issues. The insulation and debris that were damaged by the raccoons were removed (Yes a mama raccoon and 4 baby raccoons! Apparently they were up there for a while.). Then the attic was disinfected with an anti-microbial, anti-fungal disinfectant/sanitizer spray. The entire attic area including the area above garage was primed to seal in any remaining bacteria and odor. Finally, they put insulation back into the attic. He also went around the house afterwards and made sure all my gutters were securely attached so that we would not have this issue in the future. We're happy with the work and hope to never have this happen again. If it does though, I'll be calling them back.
