Service was great from start to finish!!!! Called and scheduled service appt. Within a couple hours the tech was at my home. (Chris) he did a excellent job. Did a full inspection, diagnosed my heat pump/ ac unit. With in 20 minutes found the problems. Had it fix quickly after he gave me the details of what was wrong and upfront honest pricing that I quickly approved. Parts we less than 150 and labor rates were very reasonable. In total, a little over 200 dollars and my heat pump was good as new and running fine. Where the other company didn't even do any troubleshooting. They were quick to say it just needs a new one and chunk out 10 grand. Newby and son did a fantastic job. Very reasonable. Honest and upfront. Very prompt. And I'm very please with the entire experience. I would highly recommend newby and son to anyone I know and will call them anytime in the future if I ever need hvac work done.

It turned out great! I've used them for furnace and air conditioning maintenance since then. When I first move in to this house, they were the individuals that installed our gas heater system. Then later the installed the air conditioner system. They've always been goof price and quality. I'd say they are reliable, they're very professional, I've never had any problem with any of their workman. They're quick and responsive.

We, and my parents before me, have used Newby & Sons for years.. They are easy to work with, true to their word and good craftsmen. (I am unsure about the price. But it was very reasonable.)

the repair man had me turn the firnance off to see what the noise was & then back on and he then said I don't need to go in the attic to check the furnance. I just need to put some tape to hold your filter down and the noise will stop. It was a cheap repair but I have changed the filter twice since April 2013 & I will have to get some more tape now to change it again. It is always $50.00 for anytime that the come out so that is why I had to pay 54.00. The tape was $4.00.

Our 20 year old furnace had given out and we wanted to replace with a high efficiency model. We obtained multiple estimates and Mr. Newby made a strong bid. The clincher was discussing the job with him and his recommendations to keep the cost down while still providing a good final product. We ended up replacing the air conditioner unit as well. The company is small but has been around for many years. The installation team came in and it took them 2 days to complete the job. They had to remove the old units, install the new units, and run a new exhaust pipe through 2 masonry walls and the crawl space. They tried multiple options for the pipe since I was interested in hiding it as much as possible, There was a minor problem the next day, but they were prompt in correcting it right away. Mr. Newby offered space heaters to get us through until the initial install, but we did not need them. This was a nice gesture. They also filled out my 10 year warrantee forms and registered my product for me.

We have been using them since about 1980. They are wonderful to work with. They are a small, family operation. They truly care about their customers. We found this company after working with a very high pressure company and couldn't be happier with the change. They are a great company to work with.

From my first meeting with Bob Newby to speaking with Debbie to get it scheduled, to the installation with Dave and Mike, it was absolutely wonderful. Everyone at Newby is extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional. They have a lot of pride in their work - the work they did was impeccable and the guys took the time to make sure everything was done to the highest standards and made sure I was happy with the placement of the water heater before installing all of the pipes etc. They were very upbeat, patient and took the time to keep the work area as clean as they could. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Anyone who uses Newby will be happy they did.
