It went very well. They moved up the installation because we were going to be about of town latter that week The installer was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain how every thing worked.

The system as well as the monthly monitoring fee is very affordable, and I only had to commit to an annual contract. Really, the only minor issue was an unexpected fee for a new battery as well as a service fee to have a technician come out and replace the battery.

We have used Nelson Alarm for several years, but recently moved and wanted their services at our new home. They were able to adapt the existing security system in our new home and add both a cellular modem (no land line at the new house) and a glass break detector.
Scheduling was easy - we just called their main number. The representative was on-time for our appointment, reviewed the existing system, and gave us the pricing for the items that we wanted to add. A technician was scheduled for later that week. He arrived on time, with all of the necessary equipment. During the installation, when the cellular device was being installed, we found out that the existing security system had been incorrectly wired and the phone line was running through the system. When the phone line was disconnected, we lost our internet and TV service. The technician worked with ATand T to reroute the telephone lines and finished the job.

Very good. I'm very happy with them.

The salesman was very professional and did not push a hard sell like the competition. He came to our home and evaluated our needs and explained options. He was very timely in his follow through with paper work, delivering signs to me, etc. The two men who came to install the system arrived as scheduled and did a nice job with installation and training me to use the system. All in all a very pleasant experience. A friend of mine recommended this company to me because she has had a system from this company for many years and is happy with it. I highly recommend them, too.

They have always been professional and responsive. I test my service a couple times a month. It has never failed. I have been using them for about 13 years. They have changed company names since I have been using them. I am very happy with their service.

We met w/Bruce McGrevy on two separate occasions (over a period of several months (as we gave it a lot of thought)) to discuss the security plans which were available to us. We were pleased with the installation of the equipment that blended in (rather than stuck out like a sore thumb!). The installation was done in an efficient manner and clean-up was good as well.

Had issues with alarm going off for no apparent reason, Went in depth to ultimately find the cause as random voltage spikes of other items on the circuit.
They are also our monitoring service, and very responsive in notifying us of any issues, like power outages.
I would recommend them for both service an Monitoring.

We agreed to pay more upfront so that we did not enter into a longer term agreement. We have a a 12 month agreement which gives us flexibility to reassess what we want to do every year.

Gus the installer showed up ontime on a Friday morning. He used to own his own alarm company so he was a fountain of knowledge about our system.
He ran into some issues with our existing panel and we agreed that he could come back at 4 pm to finish things up. All in all he spent a good 3 hrs getting our system up to par and was very professional. He cleaned up after himself when he was finished, then took a good 20 minutes to walk us through all of the features of the system.
I don't know if we got the best price or the latest equipment but we do know this...our system works, it is being monitored, Nelson did what they said they were going to do, we feel we can call the owner if we have a problem, and we feel very good that we are supporting a local business who's model seems to be on good service rather than good marketing tactics.

It has been fine. If the alarm goes off and they call up immediately. They are very good about everything.

Man who did the initial quote was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Installation crew was prompt, worked quickly and cleaned up nicely. Their call center was helpful and polite on several occasions, with questions and with a false alarm we set off by mistake. Not the lowest cost quote we had, but competitive. We are very pleased.

Provider gave excellent service, fixed the problem without replacing the whole box.

They are very good at what they do. They are professional and very quick to respond. I would use them again in the future.

Dan came to our house on a Saturday morning to go over the options for a security system in our home. He gave us great suggestions on where would-be intruders might try to break into our home and even encouraged us to and quot;think like intrudersand quot;. Dan was able to list off all of the different features available like monitoring, door/window contacts, sirens, glass breaks, and even mobile monitoring devices for our phones.

He even gave placement suggestions on where we should place the alarm pads for easy access. It is important to note that we never felt pressured to buy any of these specific security features, but could always add them later if we wanted to. He was on time and very professional throughout the consulting. He was able to answer all of our questions. He emailed us a quote for our security system within a few days.

We had the installation completed about two weeks later. Chad came out on a weekday and completed the installation in about 4 to 5 hours. He was very professional and made sure to keep me informed on what he was doing and where for the entire installation. He didn't even mind our puppy pestering him while he was running wires through our walls.

He made sure to take the time to go over how to work the alarm pad with me and what to do if we have an issue with the system. He also provided us contact cards for on-call support if we have any issues with the system. He provided us plenty of window and door stickers and a couple on signs that he hammered into the ground in the front and back of our house.

Overall I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. We also found out that the actual bill was less than the original quotes! That was nice surprise. We highly recommend this company.

They charge us per year. We have different operations downturn. They are all different due to which they charge us per different building. They are very dependable and very prompt on service. They do a very good job. If I have any issues with my alarm service, they come out to fix them right away. They are very good.
