Tim came gave a quote on the phone and performed the work for the agreed amount. There was a little delay due to some sort of scheduling conflict, but he was very apologetic. He completed the work and when a minor problem developed a couple of days later, he came out promptly to fix the issue. The work was done very economically and satisfactorily. The quality of the finish was what I would call average, but the quote was significantly lower than others. Some of the minor touch up that needs to be done is something I can do... so, overall I am very pleased and we saved money by using Tim.

The owner of the company listened to our ideas for the deck and applied those ideas to the project which turned out awesome. We were very pleased with the outcome of everything. The owner was very articulate with the drawings he did with some design suggestions for the deck which we approved and it turned out better than we could have ever expected. We really appreciated the extra effort he went to offering suggestions that were more functional for our purposes - it showed that he really listened to us and what we were trying to accomplish.
The construction phase went very smoothly and was a very enjoyable experience. I would definately use this provider for any future projects we have.
